Horrible business practices. Hired this company to revamp our website and was happy with results. (Under the guise we owned our website.) Contacted them for further work had issues from the start. It took dozens of requests and check-ins to get things accomplished. Then they changed admin access and took away our website & email accounts associated with it we purchased last year. They completely disrupted day to day business, finances and stopped replying to emails. We have our 2-step verification going to an email we don’t have access to. It was part of the website they created. As well as adding some plug-in so my computer is rejected as the host when it wasn’t prior. I have to now look into digital forensic investigations & criminal charges. Don’t hire this company.

Funds will be disbursed after posting everything, I think it pays that way because of charges.

The entire process was smooth, and communication with the project team was easy and transparent.We’ve already had such positive feedback from the parents in our community, and we’ve noticed an increase in enrollment since the site went live. Marketome really went above and beyond our expectations, and we’re thrilled with the final product. We now have a digital presence that truly represents our school and its values.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Marketome for my website re-design project, and I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am. Initially, they promised delivery within six weeks, but AFTER TEN MONTHS, my website remains unfinished and riddled with issues.

The timeline alone is incredibly frustrating, especially given the critical nature of a functional website for my business. Despite multiple assurances and a supposed commitment to timelines, the project dragged on indefinitely. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an exhausting journey with little progress.

Communication was another major hurdle. It felt like my project was being constantly delegated to different team members, leading to a disjointed understanding of my vision. I repeatedly expressed my concerns and provided feedback, but I often felt unheard and overlooked. The lack of continuity meant that my ideas were not fully realized in the final product.

In addition to the delays and poor communication, the quality of work delivered was lacking. The website is not only incomplete but also broken. For instance, my business doesn't even appear in search results when you look for its name on Google—a fundamental issue that should have been addressed early on.

Overall, my experience with Marketome has been incredibly disappointing. If you are considering their services, I urge you to think twice. My project has not only failed to meet my expectations but has also hindered my business in significant ways. Save yourself the stress and explore other options.

Took a while, but they eventually produced some results. 3/5 stars.

Horrible service! They promise excellent service, have a very dynamic and professional person bring you on board with high expectations and give you nothing. They demand payment up front and don’t do anything of value until you dispute the charges with the credit card company. Then they go ballistic! They are hounding me every couple of hours trying to get me to pay them again.

Probably one of the best fronts for scammers I have ever seen.

Spammers, been plagued by someone called Lily Edwards wanting to do marketing for me using the the exact same email content, using a variety of different email addresses so that she couldn't be blocked,

quite obviously from the variety of email addresses which were used were hacked/stolen.

when I had enough I invited "her" to contact me and recieved an email form John claiming to be the director of this outfit.

On 26 Sep 2024, at 10:25, when one of your staff "johns" replied to an email from an email address showing your company name. I also contacted you via your online chat via your website - more nonsense from this spamming company.

also note that their response is headed IT services but signed by the Marketome team, they cant even keep track of who they pretend to be.

I hired marketome service to do a website that will be much better than my actual website for cellular phones.

They said I would get it inside of 3 months ready for Nov. 1st 2023. It became usable end of January 2024
but with many problems. We can't see a link to the different pages with a cellphone, a video starts right away. It is good for people using their laptop. Some links are still not working and the contact phone number was wrong and the contact page not working. To see the paintings is very difficult with cellphones, there are no pages link, there is a place where you can get to shop, if you find it, with cellphones. I can't make changes myself, Wordpress did not allow me, I am not even sure I own my website. Communications with Marketome is not easy. I regret to have done business with them.

My company is Acewigs.com, I have owned my site since 1996. Marketome came to me looking to redesign my website, they gave me a fair quote in June of 2023 and have not completed it yet. It has taken over a year and their are many details to my website and I have been very patient with them. I will not give a rating just yet, but I will say I do not believe they have an office in the USA. They are operating from India and have been very polite to work with so far. I did try some SEO work with them which was not effective at all but it may have been premature because my new website has not been completed.

This company is a joke. They promised to redesign my website within 90 days- started in Oct 2023. But it was incomplete until now. They won't give me access to my website, of which I owned, because I paid them a lot of money. Don't fall for their promises, they will just take your money.
