They are expensive very very expensive ...talk bout consolidation yet when item arrives I had to pay separate paperwork etc...double cost.... Secondly I went to clear items and custom mark my paper then I had to wait and be randomly charge by agent cause paper had no reference number ...so how custom ain't see that...how do I know I wasn't over charge...thirdly I told them 3 packages they only give me 2 waited till I back in bequia to call and say oh we found other paper...now they sending me bol of 122.5 usd clearance fee for a light cushion way cost $30

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Take this as a warning I got sent a completely wrong item. I then proceeded to contact them. They give me 3 to 4 lines on how they were going to help me. Then proceeded to leave me on seen since the 15 of June. I’ve tried numerous times to contact them. But they just ignore them. Then I wrote on one of their of posts about my experience on instagram and then they proceeded to block me on insta. Worse service ever. Stay away.

I had changed my opinion related to this company, initially was thinking really bad but then costumer service is excellent and they explained everything to me with details. Some delay in process but not their fault. Recommended for sure. Now waiting my items to be delivered. Thanks Marketsz

I'm disappointed as first time client, I got late response, I whomever was in charge of responding on WhatsApp made me felt like I was a bother, every question was replied to until the next day! AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGES. I was excited to ship from aboard, but this experience makes me never wants to try again 🥲. I wasted my money

Suddenly, without any notice to me, I had to provide our tax ID because the software required this. And when I explained that we are a tax-free territory, they realized that they were asking for information they did not need.

Customer support made the steps i needed to take clear and were also flexible when one of my packages deviated from the norm. (I won something in a giveaway, and had it shipped to me but had no proof of payment since i didn't buy the package, i won it) They were still able to get it processed for me.

Well to be honest the shipping handling process was to slow for the price, i would have gotten my package the same time by ocean for way cheaper.

Getting over charged. Promised a manager would call and then nothing. Always seems that whatever the item cost you end up being charged the same again. Having tried this about four times I’ve decided no more. Too much hassle and far too expensive

It was more expensive to send through Marketz and it took longer than with E-zone. It was supposed to get delivered to my house but I was not contacted when they would arrive so the driver just appeared at my house when I was not home and took the parcel back. He then left it at E-Zone so I had to go pick it up AT E-ZONE's office! Might as well send with E-zone: less expensive, faster and same service.
