They take the time to the literal minute and if they forget, hash out a rushed response so they don't have to refund you.
I would not recommend this company. They take the time-frame to the literal last minute.
I purchased the 7 day turnaround option. At the end of the 7th day (about 1730) I had received no response, so sent them an email asking for a refund. I received a reply shortly after saying that as I made the purchase at 1820 the previous week, they had 40 minutes of time left to fulfil their obligation. At 1800 I received what you might call a marked answer with what felt like a quickly hashed together response. I got the impression that they had forgotten all about my essay and just quickly rushed a response to be technically within the 7 days. I was not at all impressed.
I would have had higher esteem for this company if they'd have just owned their mistake and offered me a refund. If I hadn't messaged before the literal minute, I highly doubt I'd have received my marked paper in time. I am not happy with the way they have conducted business and will not be using their services again.
I would say to anyone thinking of using their services that they are not the most honest and punctual company. If I could go back in time, I would not use this company and look elsewhere for my papers to be marked.
