Please avoid this company. This is a scam. I received the item not like on the advert, horrible quality, done by some Chinese company. They declined to refund the money back. Fake company, extorts money.

Returned parcel with damaged item end of dec.24
It’s still in customs in china!!! (See my review dared feb 25)

Recommend avoiding these charlatans at all cost.

I ordered boots. When they arrived they fit well and felt quite comfortable.
The second time I attempted to tie the laces, the eyes ripped out.
Obviously extremely poor quality manufacturing.

When I contacted "customer support" their response was to offer a paltry 'discount'.
What's the point of a discount for goods that I would not have paid for at all, if I had known of the shoddy quality beforehand!
They eventually promised a refund if I paid for the postage back.
The promised 'refund' was never sent.

Another update, after many more e mail to and from this terrible company, still no refund !! They still say it’s still in transit !!
Talk about the slow boat to china !!
Terrible, terrible customer service, fraudulent dealings etc, etc. avoid at all cost.

This website is a scam - I think similar to the knitted cardigan scam - do not buy from here. Fabric poor quality. I received an item and asked to exchange for a different size. I was within 14 days of receipt of the item. They did not let me exchange and it instead gave a discount for a new order. The order was a present so I ordered the different size. Totally different item arrived. Spent a lot of time over email explaining that they had sent me something else and asking for a refund and they repeatedly offered discounts and said I would have to return the item at my own cost back to China.

Terrible customer care. Nowhere obvious on the website says the items are dispatched from china. When I revived the two bras I had ordered (which were stated as being suitable for my UK size) they were tiny. Not at all like described. I emailed the company and they offered to refund half the cost and for me to keep the bras, rather than post them to china.
I declined this offer and sent the bras in the post, tracked international.
This was in February and now in June I have not received a refund or any correspondence other than one reply to my follow up email in April, which said they would escalate my case. I tried to email again this morning but the email bounced back as not existing.
I think the money has gone now, I don’t expect to receive it. Very poor experience. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS. Customer service is not just terrible, it is non-existent. I purchased some shoes from Maroxe - they fundamentally mis-sold them; they were not the size advertised. I was told I had to return them, not to Maroxe, but directly to the Chinese manufacturer, despite buying from Maroxe. Three months later they come back to me having been sent to the address Maroxe provided. Now getting any refund from Maroxe is proving impossible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased a camera, decided to return it, they initially said they'd refund the full amount then changed their tune and said returning the camera would cost £30 as they're based on Hong Kong. This did not make sense to me as the camera cost £40 in total.

Awful customer service, full of lies, and a complete headache to deal with. AVOID.

Giving no stars is not an option. Misleading advertising, very poor customer service.
Bought shoes for husband, not cheap, claiming to be from Netherlands but turns out the company is based in Hong Kong. Shoes fell apart having been worn 5 times- within 3 weeks of receiving them. Shoes arrived in pink bag and polyope - not the standard expected for cost of shoes. Solution to buy another pair that will be discount. Get real! Who in their right mind is going to order the same crappy product again! Returning them would be £30! Absolutely disgusting!! Hope this business goes bust 🤬😡😡😡

Endless emails asking for my address which they had.
Huge delays in shipping.
The shoes came from China via USA so despite having a UK address, the firm has no warehouse here.
Returning the order required paying paying postage back to China at an estimate of £20-30.
Cancelling the order is not an option.
The shoes are advertised as leather but are clearly plastic and have no label of origin etc.
Eventually I was told to keep them and have a 50% discount on my next order...as if!

Bought pair of "leather" boots that Maroxe assured me was made in Holland. Boots are not leather, not made in Holland and heel came off after two weeks. Of course getting your money back is none existent. Also that pair of boots (same) can be bought from Temu at fraction the cost. At least Temu are honest and say they are not leather and made in China.
Avoid Maroxe at all costs, or you will be, like me, moaning on this aite.

Firstly I ordered one shirt, but when I clicked to complete purchase, another shirt was added [albeit] with a slight discount. I couldn’t get rid of it because my payment had gone through. The reply to my request for cancelling was, ‘Oh yes, you can return it once received’. Then I found out it was back to China, and not to Europe! I should have rung my credit card company and asked them to stop payment.

It took about 3 weeks for shirts to arrive. The quality of them was EXTREMELY POOR. Threads were very thin, stitches wide and sewing very shoddy and sloppy. Also the fabric was VERY CHEAP. Next to these shirts, Shein and Primark look like designer quality! I was offered 50-60% on any FUTURE purchases, but based on my first buys, I would rather have lost money on the returns, which I have done.

Maroxe looks like it’s registered in the Netherlands, so you’d think that returns would go there. Wrong! RETURNS ARE TO A CHINA ADDRESS, which explains why receipt of my purchases took a month to arrive. Postage with tracking and full insurance cost more than £20. The cost of the 2 shirts alone came to £71.98. I shouldn’t have bothered to return the shirts. I thought I might get £50 back, but the returns have been stuck in Customs for 4+ weeks now because duty has to be paid on them. Ironic, considering they came from China in the first place. I don’t imagine the seller will pay the duty on them or that they’ll refund me so I’ll be out of pocket close to £100.

I seriously regret this impulse buy and due diligence to research feedback. I would give this seller zero stars if I could, ... or even a negative rating.

Do not order from this company! I payed for an item but was sent a message to say my address was not complete, I replied with my full address but recieved the very same message again! I assured them that the address was correct but if there was a problem then to refund me, I was then told that it was too late to receive a refund. I still haven’t recieved the item!

If I could give it zero I would. DO NOT trust this company

My husband bought a pair of trainers from this company. They sent him the wrong size. When he asked for an exchange they told him he would need to send the trainers to China and pay for it himself, or he could buy another pair at 50% discount. Absolutely rubbish customer service!
Just to update this review: I took a look at their Terms of Service page. If you have any doubt about whether to order from them or not it's all laid out there. They are a Chinese company using a Dutch base to process payments. If goods need to be returned, the customer bears the cost of return to China and any customs fees (even if it is their mistake apparently).

I ordered a pair of jeans with a flower design, instead a received leggings with a design that looked nothing like the picture. A complete waste of money and a scam company.

This company should not be allowed to do business under trading standards law. It is a complete SCAM.
I ordered a bra from what I was led to believe was a Netherlands company only to receive rubbish that was only fit for the trash. When I asked to open a return I was given a chinese address and told I would have to pay £30 plus custom tax. They had the impudence to offer me a 50% discount off a future order.
I reported all the above to my bank asking them to investigate. Thankfully my bank was au fait with this type of scam and managed to obtain a refund. I believe many others have not been this lucky. PLEASE PREVENT YOURSELF FROM BEING SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER. Be aware they might change their name to continue trading.
