I've interacted with hundreds of value-adding professionals in the money-raising world during the last 55 + years. Marquee-Equity is a talented, knowledgeable team. At first, they worked on crafting the message to be delivered to prospects. Our interface with Marquee is Kaamini S., Transaction Execution Associate. She is capable & fiercely determined.

We had the opportunity to engage with Marquee Capital to prepare our documentation for the Investor pitch. We were fortunate to have Saurubh Dheerumalani as our Relationship Manager who supported us in this journey. My initial perception was that Saurubh is young and may not comprehend our pitch. I am happy that I was proved wrong. Saurubh is a through professional who has the wisdom to stich the story effectively. He was open to feedback, implemented our recommendations, answered all our queries, and most important never missed on his deliverables. His approach was very customer centric and it was a delight to work with him. Hopefully we will meet again in the near future.

Our analyst (Siddharth gada) managed our data room, investment deck, and financial model, offering valuable input throughout.

Marquee Equity has very good process flow in supporting its clients from start to finish. Marquee identifies critical to qualify must have information and provides the necessary steps and support in the production and execution of such documentation.

What made the experience great for our company was having a dedicated investment analyst manage the preparation of our company’s data room including investment deck, financial model, and valuation. Our analyst (C. Vakkachan) collaborated with our company by making recommendations to the investor deck, conducted market related research, and took ownership for building a financial model with inputs from our company. One observation would be that prior to finalizing the data room a wrap-up meeting with the entire team including the Senior Banker would have been beneficial. Notwithstanding this, the overall experience was very good in that Marquee Equity was dedicated to delivering a quality product.

About a yr ago post signing the agreement i realized this cos DOES NOT have real relationships with investors but only via blast emails. I asked for my money back and even fought via Amex to refuse charges BEFORE campaign started predicting its failure. They refused to refund my money despite expressing doubts on mkt methods. Fast forward ZERO results on even producing ONE qualified lead to become an investor in my RIA. Despite having among the best performance last 5 yrs too. This cos is nothing more than an email cos masking itself as a money raising cos. Its horrible dont do it.

Having just started with Marquee, Kamini has been wonderful onboarding us. She has been very responsive for all of our questions ensuring we understand the Marquee process.
