Happy with my purchase in Cannes. Easy process and happy with the product

My wife and I purchased an apartment off the plan with Marquee Developers. From the start we felt welcomed and supplied with all the info we needed to make a decision. Azura Griffen was amazing, very good at her job, very competent and once we purchased the apartment, Doug Bourne, one of the Marquee Developers, met with us and helped us to tailor our apartment to our needs. We felt included every step of the way and loved the monthly video updates emailed to us, informing us of the progress made. When the apartment was finished and we had to move in, the friendly staff made sure we could move in the day that suited us, making our transition even easier. The whole building, the amenities, the apartment itself are all beautifully finished. Even better than the computer generated images we had at the beginning. We could not be happier with Marquee! A trustworthy company that kept going to the finish line, even when confronted with the Builder Condev bankruptcy . We recommend anyone who might be thinking of buying a property to check Marquee developments first. They are the real deal. Professionals and true to their word! Thank you Marquee.

Overall, the project has met or exceeded my expectations as an owner/occupier. The build quality is high relative to the purchase price and comparable developments.
Marquee did well to appoint the highly respected RawCorp as the main contractor.
Marquee were flexible and open minded about variations I requested and facilitated these in coordination with BDI, the architects. The additional cost was transparent and fair.
Since moving in, any defects (all small issues) have been attended to promptly.
Management is professional and proactive.
Any potential investor in Gold Coast apartments concerned about the traditional pitfalls of buying off the plan would do well to consider a Marquee development.
Problem is they are all sold out.

I moved into my wonderful brand new 3br apartment on Chevron Island just before Xmas. I couldn't be happier with the apartment, the building and the location, and Azura from Marquee (the developer) looked after me every step of the way ... including making sure I was able to settle a little earlier to save me from being homeless for a few days!
