Before I paid the €795, they always responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. However, after I made the payment, everything changed. Their responses became very slow, and it became increasingly difficult to reach them. I even had to call several times before they finally confirmed by email that they had received my payment.
Because of the lack of communication, I eventually decided to stop working with them and requested a refund of my €795. Despite several phone calls and emails, I did not receive a satisfactory response or a refund.
I am simply sharing my personal experience so that others can be careful before making a payment.
