I had an issue with the order I placed…
I had an issue with the order I placed and wanted to return the item. Their was no phone number to contact anyone - nothing but a customer service email address. I was very skeptical at best
That said, I reached out to their CS and surprisingly received a response the next day from an agent names Esther.
Esther was delightful and extremely helpful and thorough. She was a pleasure to deal with and made my entire experience with Mars Hydro incredible. She facilitated the return, sent a return label and saw to it that I received my refund.
She was GREAT!
If you have any issues with anything you buy from Mars Hydro - they will back their products but more importantly they support their customers

Bought a TSL 2000(300w)
Bought a TSL 2000(300w), had a dent in the housing and the wire was cut, contacted them and got no reply for months, now taking it to court. This seller doesnt abide by consumer laws. Do not buy from this company.

I like Mars Hydro
The delivery and support are quick. Sadly the design of the new LEDs does not allow to place the driver outside of the tent and there is no extensioncord available.
