It is always a pleasure working with CCK, Mars and all the PMs. The PMs are a great working partner in all the tasks and CCJK/Mars pays accordingly in due time. My referer in CCJK is always helpful in finding solution should I encounter any difficulties. Bravo!

Working with Mars Translation is a real pleasure, the project managers are very understanding and you work on tasks you feel comfortable working on. I've been working with them since last year and they are often sending new jobs, which is a really good point as I was a new translator and was building my network. Mars translation is a stability and a safety for new freelance translator.

I have been working with the CCJK Technologies since 16th of March 2021 when I first join the company to date. They are actually the best translation company to work with. They are always prompt in issuing the POs and their invoicing system is more than easy for their freelance translators through the Mars Translation platform.

My experience with Mars Translation is really amazing. I love the platform to be honest. I can easily see all my tasks; both the completed ones and the ongoing ones. I can easily see my balance, and also update my payment option anytime I want.

The task submission through Mars Translation platform is really excellent to be honest. The project managers are so nice and friendly. They are always responsive whenever you want to enquire about something. To be sincere, I love the company and everything it offers.

I am a certified translator working freelance since the last few years, and as of today, it is 4 years since Mars Translation and I started our professional collaboration.
As a freelancer, I have the possibility to work with as many companies as I wish, and my experience with Mars is, in two words, completely solid.
They were not recruiting, I emailed them my CV and a cover letter and a PM contacted me, filled me in with the onboarding procedure which included not only submitting my documentation but also taking practice tests in the fields of my choice. I took them, got a pass in most of my chosen fields and a fail in one of them, and PMs started contacting me to assign me work.
Over the course of the last four years, my workflow has grown steadily, I moved up their internal ranks for linguists and at present my workflow with the company is such that it has become my favorite company to work with.
They are well organized and communication is precise and clear. If I feel I need to report anything, I can always contact the corresponding manager to assist with a solution.
Payment-wise, I have no complaints whatsoever. They are thorough and swift to make sure I get my payment on time and that is something I treasure for obvious reasons.
I absolutely recommend freelance linguists to apply and give their best because this is one serious company to work with, and for people needing linguistic services, give the company a try and you will not regret it.

They are very legit and follow their schedule strickly, including payment schedule, and the payment methods varies with many alternative ways. And most importantly, you won't be left out as a translator/editor. The people in charge will be more than willing to help when you are starting to receive less projects and tasks. They will make sure that you're not left out and treat you like you're an important partner to them. They are great people and you can always consult them about anything.

The company provides good translation with good quality

I've been working with them for two years. From my experience, the PMs are quite nice and organized. They have a system to pay every month on time, and you can also hold your payment for several months.

All staffs are friendly. They responded to and solved my questions very quickly.

I am happy to work with MARS. In other words, I always enjoy working with Project Managers, because they express respects to me as a translator in the polite manners as a team. Furthermore, they consistently and constantly as well as flexibly support me even when some complaints come from customers. The PMS are working from early in the morning through late at night, particularly for the urgent projects for a consistnet support.
Communications are performed without any problems in various methods such as Emails,Skype, and any other available SNS just in time.
Payments are always just in time.

I have been working with Mars Translation for some years now, and my experience so far has been great. Steady volume of jobs, reasonable rates, and helpful project managers who are always prompt to answer. Also, they give me some flexibility on deadline & their payment system is very convenient too (no manual invoicing!).

I get constant spam messages from them. I have never indicated the slightest interest in translation services nor have I replied to any of their emails; I just keep marking them 'spam' and adding them to my blocklist only for them to write again a short time later from a new email address.

I have been working for them for 1 year as a freelance translator. I don't get frequent assignments from them. That's one of the problems, because I'm interested in stable income.
I've asked them to raise my rate 0.03 USD per word, which is quite low, even for such a f**cked up country as Russia where I'm from.
But worst of all, you have to wait for 2, sometimes even 3 months to get paid your project. Why does it have to be so long?
