Incorrect item

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. I'm someone who thoroughly researches products and price shops. I was unfamiliar with MartDiscover. Based on reviews, I ordered a Dewalt Table Saw and Compound Miter Saw. Reviews looked good and the saving over big box stores was 15 to 20%. Shipping and delivery was fast and accurate. They even threw in a miter saw stand. Now my first place to look for products.

All I have says is this company is terrible. They took my money they would not communicate in any timely manner either by email or voicemail. After a few weeks, they returned my money because they did not have the product. There goes my Christmas.

Don't expect to receive your order.
I ordered a ceiling fan from MartDiscover.com. After 9 days, I had received no notification of shipment tracking or a change in status of the order.
When I inquired about the order, they "cancelled" the order, claiming "due to an issue with our shipping service, we were unable to fulfill your order in a timely manner.” Interesting that they were unable to communicate that UNTIL I inquired about the order nearly 10 days later.
Even more interesting - the same day after they cancelled my order, the same product was listed as "available" on their website for a price that is now $150 more than when I placed the order.
When I initially wrote this review, MartDiscover.com flagged it for removal saying that it was "defamatory."
My order is a fact, the above details are facts, and if MartDiscover.com feels that it's somehow hurting their business, maybe they should honor orders instead of cancelling them.
Stay away and save your money by purchasing from a business that actually honors their sales.

Appears to be some sort of a shady reseller.
Be careful with this shady online outfit. Fairly certain this place scams a percentage of people who don't follow up. Placed an order, stated it was in process on the website for a week. Only after I reached out to them did they say they were unable to fulfill the order and would cancel and return my money. Absolutely no communication initiated by them. I go back and review the website, the same item is still orderable at the same price?

Brod & Taylor Folding Proofing Box purchase
The Brod & Taylor proofing box I ordered is clearly unused and arrived in about 2 weeks in sturdy packaging. The price was excellent. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only due to initially slow communication and updating tracking and shipping information. My first communication was sent at the time of purchase through the contact form. I waited about a week and, when I had no reply, used both the contact form and the email address provided under “Contact information.” Subsequently, the staff were responsive.

Seems sketchy but it was GREAT for me!
Hey guys sharing a GREAT experience here with them.
I was super skeptical also at first but I am a medical student and funds arent super high obviously. Read a bunch of reviews on the integrity of the site and decided to take calculated risk.
Figured worst case id just dispute the charge w AMEX and call it lesson learned.
I ordered a 36” 4 burner Blackstone “Iron Forged” edition ($599 +tax on blackstone and other big box retailers sites). I got it after tax for $435 and it just came in today.
I ordered this past Tuesday the 18th (11/18/25) and received it this afternoon (Thursday, 11/20/25) from the free shipping.
Got it assembled just now after i got home from campus and it looks incredible.
SKU matches on the box with the website listing and I registered the serial number into blackstone’s database w/ ZERO PROBLEMS.
Can’t speak for everyone else’s experience, but I have no complaints. Got a great product id been wanting for a long time and saving up for a while at a great price and it was delivered very quickly. Box was maybe a tad dinged up but when shipping a 135lbs object I cannot imagine the FedEx workers being super gentle with it.

I ordered a chainsaw with some oil for this product on 10-28-25. I received an email on the 29th saying Thanks for you order 24 hours later. The 2 items were ordered together under the same invoice. The items said they shipped on 11-3-25 oil came on 11-6-25 and no chainsaw! I have tried to reach out to see if it is coming under a different tracking number but no one is responding and no emails or phone messages are returned ! Do not order from this site this is the worst experience I have ever had !!!!!,,,,,, An update on this order I did receive the chainsaw on the 9th of November and the box had been opened and had another label from Lowes in Wyoming. The oil had been opened and the bar was just laying in the box along with cosmetic grim on the chainsaw. I was upset contacted them and they gave a partial discount> these items are not brand new and they are scratch and dent items which are discounted from large retailers !!! Will never order from them again BUYER BEWARE !!!

1 star is too much to give to this company. I am disgusted and am reporting them as fraudulent. I have placed and order for the same item 3 times. The first order was on 10/5/25 for 1 item. They cancelled the order, claiming something wrong with the payment...there was nothing wrong with the payment. I placed another order for the same item again, on 10/8/25 and they once again, cancelled the item. I sent multiple inquiries via the chat and nobody resonded, so I hit up their FB page messenger. I went back and forth with someone about the issues. They claimed the item was damaged in shipping and I asked, well, then why didn't you just ship another one? Why would you just cancel the item? I obviously wanted it. They went back and forth with me, trying to make excuses about it and asked me to place the order once again. He confirmed they had the item in stock and could ship it out to me. So, I ordered this item for the 3rd time, on 10/16/25. I received my order confirmation, then shipping confirmation. I was supposed to be receiving the item today, 10/23/25 and lo and behold, I see they refunded my order. I go to FedEx tracking and see they re-routed the item back to them. I am absolutely in disbelief. This company is beyond unprofessional, they are liars and they are frauds. I have wasted nearly the entire month trying to get this item and have nothing. I would NEVER recommend them and would NEVER shop here again. I will be filing formal complaints with the FTC and BBB and sharing this experience everywhere I can. What an absolutely horrible company!
