Crappy representation by a company. Ordered three pairs of shoes, one pair came the other word. Put on back order for over a month. When I contacted the company, they said it had been canceled 6 days ago and there were no shoes coming. They had not notified me. They had not reached out. They had done nothing. I wear a very odd shoe size. This is the only place I could get them.
And for me to have to wait over a month for something. I'm not going to get when I could be making. Other arrangements is ridiculous. I will never order from them again. Bottom
line when you try to get it straightened out you can't get a hold of anyone that speaks english. If.

Zero would be too many stars for this company. This is the same garbage retailer as shoemall.com and likely because they have such bad reviews they started a new site. Same exact experience and same lack of response. No way to cancel a backorder because they are selling items they don't have and refuse to cancel the backorder.
