My favourite place for skincare products!
I’ve ordered from Mark House a few times now and it’s been a great experience each time! From trying out new sheet masks to getting my first proper toner, there’s always a range of products that I can try! The staff have always been helpful and kind when I’ve gone in store too. I would definitely recommend Mask House to anyone wanting to delve into Asian Beauty!

Always a good experience
I’ve always had good service from MaskHouse and have purchased from them quite a bit over the past few years. They have some really good offers and often sell short dated items at a large discount. Delivery is very quick too.

Excellent!
Bought two items and they arrived very quickly with samples. I will definitely be making another purchase soon, and I check the website often as there are so many good weekly deals. There are a lot of good brands like Bonair. Very good overall!! And they often have free postage which encourages me to buy.

Genuine skincare and low prices
Mask House has a ridiculously big selection of skincare. Usually I'm pretty selective about skincare since not all of the ingredients are actually good for your skin but I everything I've seen at Mask House seems to be high quality skincare.
It's so much cheaper than I've found anywhere else too, I can't believe I used to spend £4 on a mask that I could've bought here for about £1!

Amazing choice, amazing value and lovely staff
Have shopped with Maskhouse for a long time . They have an amazing selection of brands and there are always great offers to take advantage of. If you shop in store the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They introduced me to sleeping masks and they will always pop a free sheet mask in your bag too. Now I no longer live in Newcastle I use the website. The ordering process is easy and you can build up loyalty points to spend in the web store. I love the Huxley brightly ever after range and the vitalemon toner from Mizon. Fantastic store!

on time delivery
as promised, my products came in within 5 days. however, i was slightly disappointed with the packaging as it was just a padded envelope. i was expecting better packaging, like a box with bubble wrap inside

Our packaging does vary depending on the products that have been ordered and we do try to pack without excessive packaging as it is a waste if it isn’t needed. It also means we can keep the shipping costs down, shipping costs which are paid by you, the customer.

Great products, delivery, and reward system.
Mask House got me started on the 10-step Korean beauty routine with their complete kit and since then I keep coming back! The delivery is always super speedy, the products are a good price, and the EXCELLENT rewards system and generous free samples make everything an even better deal. On my last order I obtained £145 worth of skincare for just £37.
On the rare occasion something goes wrong with a code, the customer service team have always emailed me back within 2 or 3 hours to fix it.
I cannot recommend them enough!
