The environment was very clean and calm. The staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming.
The therapist (Keisha) was highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional. She was consistent throughout the session; checked that the intensity or pressure of the deep tissue massage was okay and comfortable with me. I’ll surely go back and will definitely recommend them 👍

I've been to the massage company many times in Watford for massages and the staff are always super welcoming, friendly and professional. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. The massages definitely help with soreness and pain and the therapists pay attention to what you need and do their best to help. Once or twice, there was some oversight on the massage therapist's part because they forgot to include a service that I had pre-paid for but the staff kindly offered me a free massage. For the most part, I haven't had much issues and if staff members are unavailable, the receptionists always do their best to contact me via both phone and email. For the Watford branch in particular, I am pretty satisfied by the diligence and effort that they put into their work.

They also offer good physiotherapy for a range of issues and I very much appreciated how much care and thought the physiotherapist put into each session. They recommended a lot of different exercises that were even modified to help me with specific problems. They also use a specialised app to help keep track of exercises and you're able to enter feedback for each exercise session after you complete it.

Great massage, but the calming relaxing vibe spoilt by the endless upsell and drive to convert to membership. It is not relaxing to be asked just as your about to get on the massage table whether you want the extra hot stones option, the foot rub or countless other add ons. You've then got to awkwardly ask the price, or just say yes and hope they're not expensive, or say no and worry that you've annoyed your masseuse by denying them their bonus.

Natalia my therapist was unbelievable. She is seriously, seriously good at her job. Amazing massage. Been a customer at the The Massage Company for 11 years now - worth every penny! Thank you Natalia

Such a shit company most especially the canning town branch. The therapists are always leaving so you can't even get used to receiving service from one person. Then they're always pressuring for upgrades. One of my friends went there and they signed up for one of their subscriptions without properly asking her now they're saying she can't cancel. Most of the massage therapists are nice but the people at front are just horrible and rude and never acknowledge their mistakes.

I received a massage voucher as a Christmas gift and only tried to redeem it just after Easter, assuming it would have a standard 12-month validity period.

Unfortunately, I then discovered the voucher had already expired. When I contacted customer service, there was no real understanding or willingness to help, and no alternative solution was offered.

The voucher had no expiry date.

Considering this was a paid-for gift, I’m very disappointed with both the experience and the lack of customer support. It feels like money wasted, and the service wasn't delivered

I wouldn't recommend usign this company and the branch was Ealing.

The front of house were welcoming and smiley both before and after the massage. It's very clean and overall the massage was very good and professional. The staff member asked me if it was OK to use some spray on me. I agreed. Got back to reception to be told I had to pay £11.95 extra. Not impressed. The intensity of the deep tissue massage was a bit too high sometimes.

This was as aa result of a voucher from my son for Christmas. I live in South Croydon but went to Tunbridge Wells for the massage. I chose a relaxation massage which was fantastic and did what it said on the tin! I would ecommend Kendra and adding aromatherapy to your massage.

Always a reliable good massage. Relaxing but also gets in to those knotted muscles

A very nice welcome by reception staff at Canning Town and was offered a glass of water. An amazing masseur called Natalie gave me a good deep massage with ample oils. Sadly the sales tactics by the reception staff at the end is very uncomfortable and awkward for me. I would say it's not necessary after every session to keep saying ".... you are advised to have 1-2 sessions each month, you get only one free session with Classpass so you can look at a monthly subscription directly with us..." It adds stress and anxiety to me when I want to just leave calmly after such a wonderful massage.

I had an appointment with Richard the Physiotherapist and he was just brilliant he was really professional and very friendly. We were able to discuss my issue thoroughly and able to reach an outcome that works well. Would highly recommend Richard

I was having problems with my upper back, shoulders and neck and decided to book here, the Sutton Coldfield branch. The massage therapist, Eviia talked to me about what I was experiencing, understanding fully what I needed. The deep tissue massage really helped relieve the tension and I now book in once a month with Eviia. Honest feedback is given with suggestions. The branch is clean, all the staff I have met so far are very friendly and professional. It’s easy to book my next massage when I am there and there is no pressure to have upgrades. Completely satisfied with my experiences so far.

I was greeted by some lovely faces at reception when I arrived. Then, I met Nyarayi who was fantastic! She greeted me with a smile and introduced herself beautifully. During my massage, she checked in with me and asked how the pressure was. I have had many massages and I’ve never gone back to the same place. I will definitely be coming back and asking for Nyarayi because she was incredible and I felt so relaxed afterwards! She listened to exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much Nyarayi! You were so professional and I really enjoyed my experience because of you.

Great massage & experience overall, I would have given 5 stars but losing 2 stars due to quite aggressive & pushy sales techniques.

I’ve seen several reviews since 2024 so it seems to be quite recurrent…

They convince you to go on a monthly membership even though you didn’t ask for it and they tell you if you change your mind it’s fine you can just cancel no hassle etc.

I’ve then replied to the email saying please cancel, they then emailed me back trying to convince me to stay and « if you don’t reply « confirm cancel » to this email we won’t cancel and you’ll be charged etc. »

I’ve of course replied « confirm cancel » earlier today but from what I can read from other comments it seems that a bit of back & forth is required to ensure that you won’t get charged as your credit card details are on file…

It really is a shame as I enjoyed this experience and I would have considered going maybe once every 2-3 months but after this pushy behaviour I will probably not return.

I had Alyssa for a full body massage. It was wonderful experience which I fully enjoyed.

The staff at the MC in Camberley are always so welcoming & the therapists are lovely and very professional. I use Cait regularly & she always remembers the hard spots & knows areas that need more work before even I do. Overall a very relaxing and healthy experience.

After having a motorcycle crash and being in pain for some years and moving to Camberley, I decided to try The Massage Company, see if maybe they can do something about my pain. Here I found Grace, who is the only one that managed to get me to feel more normal again and not suffer from my back injury every day anymore. I could not recommend her enough, she has been absolutely amazing and professional every time. I became a regular instantly and I can finally redo things I enjoyed pain free because of her.
If I could give more than 5 stars for her, I would without hesitating
