I appreciated the ease of booking an appointment online for a chair massage and thought the price was right. It was a little weird having the chair in the lobby of the business. That made me uncomfortable and I wouldn't choose to have that experience again. I also prefer the therapist to resist speaking. It's easier to relax if I'm not answering non-therapy related questions.

Dear Elly,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your recent chair massage experience at Massage FE. We are glad to hear that you found our online booking system easy to use and that you were satisfied with the pricing.
However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the location of the chair in our lobby. We are currently exploring ways to improve our space and make it more comfortable for our clients.
In addition, we apologize if our therapist's conversation during the massage disrupted your relaxation. We will certainly remind our therapists to keep the conversation focused on the massage and not to engage in non-therapy related questions unless requested by the client.
We value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we strive to improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Massage FE.
Best regards,
Massage FE Team

It was ok
I went in place of a chiropractor for a less invasive experience. The massage was relaxing and the masseur was nice but I will still need a chiropractor I’m afraid.
