Course presented good basic summary of features of various business entity forms. Materials should be a good future reference source.

It could have enhanced the learning experience with better more real life problems/examples to illustrate the contrasts and compromises sometimes necessary in evaluating and selecting one form of entity over another.

I've subscribed for over 5 years. Enjoy the extensive coverage of taxes. Like the updates especially. Sometimes the material isn't sufficiently clear and occasionally the official answers to the test questions seem at odds to the textbook.

I've been using MasterCPE for years to meet my CPE requirements. I can do it on my schedule, there's a wide variety of subject matter, and it doesn't break the bank.

Good-I feel comfortable with Master CPE the way I can down load the course and the exam and work offline and then go back on line to take the final exam and get the certificate immediately.

Bad-I catch a few mistakes in the income tax course where 2 answers are correct or i was sure the answer I chose was correct and it was mark as incorrect or the same mistake was not corrected from last year after I pointed it out in the course evaluation,
