Master Works made a very good presentation. They are “democratizing” the field of art investment. I’m in. I don’t know. I’ve been pretty sure they’re over there.

I had issues with actually sending money to the company for the investment. Initially it seemed that the company wanted to get full access to my bank account and information, which i found very concerning. When I raised a question, I was told to use the routing number to transfer from my checking account, but after several attempts, with people from the company assisting, it was apparent this was not going to work.

Eventually i ended up wiring the funds, but never received a confirmation that the funds were received, in spite of requests, and the on line account information seemed to indicate that the amount was still outstanding. Since i am getting this survey, i assume it has been received, but i would have appreciated receiving an email confirming receipt, in response to my request.

Solid platform - wish you could see progress on returns and exit strategy before investments

If you ever want to invest in art and have no clue how to or don’t know anything about art, Masterworks is great they have a set of financial advisors that explain how things work from A-Z.

General average experience in comparison to other investment platforms. The interface is confusing and clunky. Painting I've invested in are missing and limited information is presented unless you dig deeper into the fine print. Limited transparency on the process, and onboarding experience was exceptionally pushy.

Great team, appreciated the double & triple checking through the calls for security. They use Plaid for a secure connection to the bank. They worked with my teeny tiny budget as well.

Sarah was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I really liked her.

Layla Kranz, however, was the stereotypical New Yorker. She constantly talked over me, did not listen to me, and was just plain rude. I hope to NEVER have contact with her again. If she would have been my initial contact, I would NOT have signed up.
