I think when choosing a POS system for your business the most important things to consider are how user friendly is that system , and if needed how is their customer support team . Materialretail not only satisfied those two objectives but exceeded my initial expectation's. Being new at this we had a lot of questions and needed help to get started and maintain our system they were always there to walk us through and that made our job that much easier. Definatly would recommend their services .

Material has made my life as a business owner so much easier. It has been a game changer for my business. Everything runs so smoothly and is so user friendly. I have been using them since 2020.

I’ve worked with Shoptiques for over two years now. I am able to see data driven analytics that allow me to clearly understand how my business is doing. Additionally, there are so many features that help market my business and website. However, the most important reason for me continuing with Shoptiques is that there is a dedicated, Boutique Success Manager. Now, to be perfectly honest I did not even know what my boutique success managers actual job title was! I had to actually ask him. All I know is this… Every time I have a problem I call him. Every time I’m concerned about my business, I call him. Every time I have a question that I don’t know the answer to, I call him. Every time I need help with a suggestion for the success of my company, I call him and he responds immediately and with incredibly good ideas and suggestions. I do not say this lightly. It’s the truth. It’s the main reason I stay with Shoptiques. It’s something that is unexpected when you sign up for this service and he does an exceptional job. His name is Elliot Djmal and if you’re lucky enough to have him as your “Boutique Success Manager” , you should also be writing a review to say how much he helps on all level levels to better your business.

As cliche as this may sound material has all the materials to succeed. You have to put in the work or you can pay them to do the work for you. Either way we are doing well. We are very happy with them. Great customer support. They are generating more sales for us, so thank you.
