Had an issue and I called in to customer service they listen to my problem and they knew what to do right away to assist me less than 5 minutes all problems was corrected and I was able to continue about my day with no further issues I must say this company has there stuff together available 24 hours a day always willing to take time out for the customer i would recommend my friends my family and anyone reading this review if you are looking for a eld company MATRACK is who you should give a try i stand by them and I stand by everything that is in this message

Incorrect information in Andrew brooks blog
First time reading a blog in this site and it was about obtaining vehicle inspection history. There is paragraph with a link to NY DMV which I clicked. No where in that site can you obtain a car inspection history. None of the selections suggested to follow are listed anywhere in the NY site!
An answer by Google AI when trying to find the portal mentioned by Brooks in his blog, states the NYS does not have such portal for public use.
What else is wrong with these "helpful" blogs he writes? A waste of time

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK DEVICE
Please stay away from this eld device. Its garbage,unrealiable cheap. It has reported very in accurate data . Ficticious data like some one just punched in random numbers that dont make sense. I gave them a warning lasttime and they dint fix it. This time talked to a guy who claims hes tech suport and he is pretty much clueless not to mention a comunication barrier. If i am telling you ur device is junk its coz i know how what am talking about i write my milage down on a book oldschool way when i cross statelines. N this crap show me driving in maryland 6500 mile🤔 texas 31k miles and some other states i dint travel through. I will be reaching out to truck stop magazines every one needs to know. If ur matrac device malfunctions you are pretry much done they cant do nothing for you. They cant even go to their server n fetch data. Owned by some other indonesian company. Sheer garbage. This does not meet dot and fmcsa requirement ! They jus collection your money. Do ur self a favour and start double checking your data with this idiots. They are no good. I have proof that i will be posting so ya dont bother reply to this post am beyond pissed😠
