Matrix Connect Reviews

Excellent customer service, lots of affordable deals to choose from and overall a friendly and professional company. Richard who has been my main point of contact has been absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and super honest! I have purchased a new sim only deal and I couldn't be happier! Hassle free and I would recommend highly.

My wife needed a new phone urgently and found the advertising of different units bewildering. Matrix were contacted and Their lady representative sorted everything. She quickly established the necessary criteria and cut through the techno-babble to match device, plan and my wife - then sorted all the paperwork, issued a new sim and progressed the delivery of the phone to our home.

We can’t speak too highly of the service we received.

In this day and age, I check many things about a company before doing business with them. From the first meeting, Matrix went above and beyond. They took care of our needs on a personal basis and found sollutions to our needs at below average prices. To say that they have excellect customer service is an understatement. No email went unanswered and no message unreplied. They took the time to learn about our industry and the needs of our particular locations with care to outline the inherent problems. They have been very open with us and always given us frank and honest answers to any questions. So far we have had nothing but first rate service. We have every confidence in them as a company and with the team. Without a doubt, we are happy to endorse Matrix to any company large or small. We are treated as a customer and not as an account number.

We recently switched to Matrix Connect from a big MNO and we are very happy about the high standard of the services.

Our “No Nonsense” business principle perfectly matches with their approach.
Matrix Connect is swift, accurate, transparent, diligent, very easy to communicate, professional and kind as well not to mention that we could cut the cost down a lot on our mobile communications.

Having a dedicated account manager is a huge plus for us as we have more than 50 connections to manage. I can talk to him within 10 sec after dialing!

I strongly feel that we were lucky to have received a sales call from Matrix Connect before lockdown. Thank you❤️

We have recently started to do business with Matrix and can honestly say that they have been fast to act on all requests, provided us with first class service and have gone above and beyond the usual standard. It is so nice to be treated as an individual customer rather than be treated as a company who is nothing more than an account number.

We intend to expand our working relationship with them in the near future.

Thanks Matrix for supporting us through this difficult time and for enabling us to change the way we work without any stress or hassle!

Great service. In the process of switching our work mobiles with Matrix Connect and they’ve managed to get us new phones with the same network on a cheaper tariff. Would highly recommend

Wow! A fantastic phone provider who listens and provides superb customer service. We have recently changed phone providers and we couldn't be happier! Richard who has been our main contact has been nothing but super helpful, friendly, full of knowledge and best of all, easy to contact. Would highly recommend to any business.

I received an excellent service from Jo who looked after me brilliantly.

excellent all round service, would highly recommend

Great company to work with and excellent service.

Always on the ball and they will go the extra mile to get problems sorted and great turnover times with regards to handset delivery and if any issue they will get it resolved one way or another.

Highly recommended

Great service throughout. Matrix has been very helpful throughout the migration process, they answered all of my questions straight away and explained everything thoroughly, making things much easier for me. They are always a phone call away if you need anything urgently. Look forward to continuing working with them.

We have had a great service from Matrix 4G, from reviewing costs to ensure we are on the right tariffs to on-going support throughout the contract period. Any query or request is dealt with straight away and resolved equally as quick. We have been with them for a few years now and as our business evolves they have worked with us to ensure we always have what we need. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Matrix 4G have saved our business a significant sum on money on our mobile lines and offer top notch customer service. I would highly recommend.

Connected with Matrix 4G earlier in 2019. Was given very good advice at the start and have experienced great support in the time since. Have been able to just ring or email and have the confidence to know that my requests will just get sorted out.
Based on my experiences so far, I would be happy to recommend Matrix 4G to other customers.

Always answer emails / calls etc. very promptly.
Helpful and informative.
When ordering phones, they are dispatched and arrive promptly.

We have been a customer of Matrix for many years now. It’s an extremely diligent company that combines competitive tariffs with a customer service ethic that rates as second to none.

We wouldn’t entertain using any other provider as ours, like many businesses value these traits highly and it’s rare to find this level of service anywhere else.

An all round great service would highly recommended
