I cannot compliment Ben and Lel enough for the trojan work they did on my friend’s flat. They worked tirelessly without even stopping for a lunch break. What a transformation. Lovely guys as well. Definitely well worth the money. Highly recommended and I am extremely hard to please lol. They did way more than expected completely without judgement. They also respected the fact that the two cats had to be kept in and, as such, they made sure that they were separated from any dangerous chemicals and contained behind closed doors when necessary. Can’t really say much more! Thank you Ben and Lel and thank you Matrix.👍

We can't praise the team enough from the beginning to the end they are professional and they couldn't do enough for us.the boys on site really went the extra mile and even work well into the night to get the job done and ready to open the following day .I highly recommend Matrix abd will definitely be using them again .well done team

They not only cleaned up the bio hazard mess but disposed of the left over drug paraphernalia left behind needless ect
And ontop of that they also emptied out the entire contents of the house even going the extra mile to empty the loft then Hoover and clean all the carpets
I can’t Thank mark and Steve enough for all their hard work and leaving the house with a nice refreshing smell and new lease of life
I can now sell the family home and settle my late mothers estate

Ben and colleague were professional right from the get go. They arrived on time (with arrival status updates ) and handled the rather gruesome task with diplomacy, professional and candour. The task was hoarder flat clearance and they were fast with high energy despite the 30’C heat.

We had a serious rat problem in our kitchen, and after weeks of inaction from the landlord and agency, we contacted Matrix for biohazard cleaning. Their price was fair, and Ben, who handled the job, was really amazing!! friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He stayed longer than expected and did a perfect job. Highly recommended. Due to a rat intrusion in our home kitchen, we had to request a biohazard cleaning service. We had been suffering for two weeks from the contamination and distress caused by the rats, and we were truly impressed by Mr. Ben’s professionalism. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly cleaning, removing waste, and disinfecting the area with care.

Mr. Ben explained each step of the process clearly and carried it out in full consultation with us. Thanks to him, we finally regained a clean and safe kitchen after two difficult weeks.

The company responded very quickly with an accurate quote and arranged the cleaning session on the same day. The invoice and payment process were smooth and transparent, and the price was much more reasonable and affordable compared to other companies.

I hope I won’t need to use this cleaning service again due to another rat problem, but I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs it.

Can’t fault Mark that did a clear and clean to my aunty house, she was a horder and house was full after being moved to a care home. He worked hard and quick. Matrix was fantastic with messages and updates, fast reply using what’s app got booked in and few days later the house looks liveable again. Totally recommend.

I found matrix online when searching for a balcony cleanup because I had a pigeon problem, I found it quick and easy to get in contact the lady on phone was very helpful and got me a appointment for that weekend, and told me the name of the man that would be coming Ben, he came over on time and was very friendly and helpful with good advice on how to deterred the pigeons from coming back, Ben did an amazing job, and I am so happy I can use my balcony in time for the summer. I highly recommend this company for its quick service and friendly staff.

From start to finish all staff were lovely and super helpful. We needed cleaning due to an accident at a family member’s home and we needed it before they arrived home from hospital which we were unsure of as it could be any day. They came out same day which was super helpful and at an amazing price. The gentleman that came out was super friendly and understanding. He did an amazing job and was super quick.
