Reliable company after being let down last minute. Friendly easy to understand staff. Good rates. Made me feel relaxed & confident throughout whole move. Good communication by all staff . Well done team . Would definitely recommend & use again if needed

If you want a stress free move do not use Matrix Removals.
Disappointed in the extreme with the service received.
Unprofessional from the top to the bottom of the organisation (minus 5 stars if I could!)
Beware also that Matrix Removals are not a member of the British Association Of Removers (which explains an awful lot!)
Buyer beware!
UPDATE:
Apparently, according to Mr Monger(see below), it’s all my fault that he and his company could not do their job properly.
Apparently, it’s my fault they didn’t do an inventory (industry standard).
Apparently it’s my fault that they couldn’t work out their square footage and volumes thus not being able to deliver all my belongings to Devon on the day agreed(22nd June).
Apparently it’s my fault they left my kitchen table, fridge, 3 chairs and an electric radiator at my previous address,(at least they had the good enough grace to return my handbag!!)
All in all Mr Monger is quite happy to deflect the blame away from the gross incompetence of himself and his company, I fear that is probably never going to change.
So good luck to anyone who decides use this company and I hope you are treated better than I was.
You can say and accuse me of all the things under the sun, but it still doesn’t alter the fact that you failed miserably at your job.

Moving to Bath was a very stressful experience for me but the move itself was just the opposite.

A slightly complicated move with furniture going to three destinations was expertly handled. Packing of all our goods was efficient and swift and great care taken with treasured fragile items. Everything arrived at the correct destination and unloaded in a well ordered fashion. A good moving experience.

The guys from Matrix made moving straight forward. Hard working, always with a smile and took away the stress of packing up our old house. Great service.

The team from Matrix were exceptional - Good humoured (despite several moments of indecision!), well mannered, patient and above all, true professionals at their trade! Aaron, above all, was an absolute machine despite the soaring temperatures!

We had an excellent experience using Matrix Movers. We used the fragile packing service and they took great care over all our items - no breakages! - and the lads were extremely helpful and polite.

This was the best crew. Courteous, efficient, and very entertaining as well. They were willing to go longer hours for us to get everything done that day. The packing itself was fantastic! They are magicians. Not one thing was damaged. Would be confident in using Matrix again. One less thing to stress about when moving house.
