Loses a star as they claim “machine…
Loses a star as they claim “machine washable” which was my sole reason to buy… and it is way too hard to fit in the machine!! Arghhh.
So a bit of a waste of £150 for me as once muddy it’s screwed! Shame as they are really nice.

Sorry to hear you can't fit the runner in your washing machine I have an 8 kg washing machine and mine fits in that, no problem. I wash mine every week and it comes out like new each time.
The runner doesn't have to be put in neatly, it can be scrunched in, because as long as it is dried flat, it will go back to shape. Alternatively, it could be spot-washed if needed.

Good quality mat and great customer service!
This is a great quality mat, however, after only one wash - the colour has run leaving my checkered mat discoloured. Great customer service who have rectified and sent me a replacement mat out quickly. Really good quality and I'm really happy with my purchase.

In love with this doormat! Looks fab and fits beside my door just perfectly. It hoovers really well. I haven’t even had to wash it yet and that’s with a sporty family of 4 and a mucky pooch! Wish I’d bought more. Highly recommend
