I arrived at Mavis to get my car inspected n an oil change
I was told they can’t do the inspection they don’t have an inspector, why didn’t someone call me to inform me after I took time off from work to do this?
Carlos was extremely rude told be “ it is what it is”
Still needed the oil change that now took 1.5 hrs keep in mind I made an apt fir 8 am
This all happened to me last year n I changed locations because of that
I’m done with your company it’s nothing but a mismanagement company with a rude /disrespective managers
They don’t care about the ppl that come to have repairs done
The man that walked in before I did got taken care of instantly but me he argued with me to the point I just stopped talking because ppl like him shouldn’t be working with the public

I recently used a Mavis in a different town and was very satisfied at the service I received! When given my information to look up one of my 7 cars the employee was impressed at my history! With that said everything was smooth sailing. I was in and out in a timely fashion and will definitely be using that Mavis again since that one car is in that town now.
