Mavis Tire - Dover Reviews 13

I bought 2 tires last December. It was a very positive experience. Lennie, Fernando and Chris treated me like an old friend. It really makes a difference especially when you have a dreaded car issue. I had an issue with one tire which kept losing air. I brought it in and it was a faulty stem. Finally, no more quarters to get air. Lennie brought some other issues to my attention. When someone says "come back here (the shop) you can hear the cash register go cha-ching. There were a few issues, of which I could not afford being on a fixed income. Lennie worked with me and negotiated what I can afford now and in what order. The main thing is the upbeat, friendly and caring attitude everyone has. It's like walking into an old pub and being greeted like a celebrity. Finally, the service, the price were all fair.

Today I took my vehicle to Mavis Tire in Dover, PA with a nail in my tire and they fixed it right away. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them,

Lenny is always amazing, an absolute pleasure to do business with no matter how big or small the issue is with either vehicle he has been my go to since day 1. Fernando is great as well, makes the time waiting pass quickly.

I’ve had a positive experiences at Mavis. Their technicians were knowledgeable and able to service my car quickly without an appointment. Their tire and brake prices are competitive. Also, I’ve found them to be transparent about pricing options. The waiting areas are basic but get the job done.

Overall, Mavis has proven reliable for routine services and repairs whenever I’ve needed them.

The waiting area has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. I had an appointment and my car was looked at in a reasonable amount of time. The mechanic found the problem, fixed it and I was not overcharged. The whole experience was excellent!

I went yesterday to have tires check to see if there was a leak in my Dyer's. I must have waited over 2 hours. I decided to go get my keys and leave before I left a gentleman was telling me that he had purchased tires on Monday went back in the evening the tires still weren't put on he came back on Tuesday and he was waiting for over 4 hours. When I originally went 2 weeks ago I thought it was a great place to go I'm starting to change my opinion.

Oil change was done on time and our mechanic Angel did a great job.
