Mavis Tire - Great Barrington Reviews 18

Don't use Mavis unless you want pass the buck kind of work done on your car. My wife brought her car here on the for a tire replacement after visible damage to a tire. Mavis staff failed to make ANY mention at all that her other tires needed to be replaced they also failed to do a visual inspection to see if she needed an alinement which is mentioned on their website they are supposed to do for free on every tire replacement. She did in fact need the alignment and it was visible that she needed it wasn't until she went to another shop less than a week later that all this came out. Every staff member in that shop passed the buck claimed they didn't know why this gross failure happened and conveniently no one from management was there not a single person apologised for the waste of time and gas and loss of pay they cost her making her drive back out to fix mistakes that they made it could have all been taken care of in one trip had the staff done their job. A simple I'm sorry we messed up on this one let us fix it would have been great but no all she got was I don't know don't know it's not my problem I wasn't here and a very crass attitude overall.
