Went to this store because grapevine…

Went to this store because grapevine store closed. Irving wouldn't remove drain plus, said it was stripped by the other NTB store. Wasted and hour of time and gas. Will never buy tires or use NTB again. They are a joke. Pitiful.

A bad experience at NTB marketplace in…

A bad experience at NTB marketplace in Irving TX on 10/30/2025. I was driving on highway 635 W in high traffic when I experience a flat tire emergency. I was 50 minutes from my destination, therefore I contacted the closest NTB to get a new tire under my warranty. I spoke to Mr. James Stacks, who identified himself as the manager at that location. He stated that he had no record of my warranty and suggested that I go to the store where I purchased my tires. I informed him that my warranty was good at all NTB locations. He then pulled my vehicle into the garage to look at my tire. He call me back and asked me how often I drove and if my car was out in the weather. I informed him that my car is covered 50% and I drive extensively. He stated that my flat was caused by dry rotten and not a puncture. And wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. He led me to believe my only option was to buy a new tire. Since he would not honor my warranty, I had to drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction with a doughnut as my spare, not being able to drive more than 55 miles an hour on the freeway to another NTB to have my car serviced under my warranty. After the manager at the different location looked at my tires, he saw a puncture hole in the flat tire and normal wear and tear on all my tires, and not dry rotted.
I am a very dissatisfied costumer, and was treated unfairly.
