Falsified work
Don’t lie to your customers. Alignment checks are free and when it doesn’t need it that’s just part of it. Don’t “just leave it on the rack for 20 or 30 minutes and then pull it around, she won’t know”. I worked there for a few weeks. That came from the D.M’ mouth
