I came to the store for a new tire. Timur and the team were fantastic!!!!! Timur was very professional. But more importatnly, he was very honest about what needed done. It was this honesty and trustfulness that reasured me that I was getting the right service! Thank you again Timur and the team for the great customer service! Timure and the team are a great addition to the company!

Great service the manager is excellent. Had a lot of work done on the truck. however, the only problem I had was a pretty rough on my truck wheels and I’ve got a bunch of new nicks on them.

All the guys at Mavis are super helpful and friendly. I go there for everything from routine oil changes to new tire installation to brakes and struts. The team is knowledgable and keep you updated on whats going on every step of the way. i would recommend them to anyone.

Mike at the Largo , FLA Mavis store was knowledgeable and helpful. The place was busy on this Monday, yet Mike was respectful and happy to assist all the customers. He explained all work being completed and answered all my questions. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Mavis Mike.

I was putting air in my tire and damaged the valve stem
I stopped by the very busy largo location.
Timur took the time to listen to my Delema. He promptly changed my valve stem Told me It happens all the time. Put my tire back on and my spare away and sent me on my way. In no time Flat! It is nice to have neighbor like you in our community.

A year ago I bought 2 new tires from the Mavis store in Largo Florida and now I wanted to replace all 4 tires with a top brand (Michelin) as a birthday present to myself. So I scheduled an appointment. I told them I wanted to keep the 2 front tires since they were still good and had a lot of life remaining. I instructed them to place the tires in the back of my car. The 2 in the rear were from Walmart and were crappy and cracking so I told them to keep them. Also, I asked for an oil change. When I went to pick up my car, I looked inside and saw the old Walmart tires inside. I told them they put the wrong tires in the car and they need to swap them out. This is where it goes downhill. They then told me one of the tires has a broken bead and was no good. I questioned that, since I knew they were both good tires. They then took me into the shop and showed the tires to me. One tire had a ripped hole in the side almost big enough to put my hand though it. And yes, the bead was boke as well. They tried to tell me this happened due to dry-rot. This was a lie. There was no dry-rot on the tires at all. They were only a year old. It was obvious they damaged the tire on their machine. So to summarize, They ruined a good tire that I intended to keep and then tried to fool me by placing the bad Walmart tires in my car. Then when I call them out on their dishonesty, they then flat out lied to me about the damage they caused. In the end, they did give me a prorated credit of $65 for the damaged tire but does not negate the fact that they were dishonest and tried to coverup their incompetency 2 times. I have no issues with my new tires except that they were very dirty and grease was all over my rims. When I got home, I spent an hour cleaning the tires and rims and found one of the center hub caps was falling off. My bill was over $800. I would expect way better service than I received. Mavis is off my list for any future car service.

My experience was great, customer service was excellent, very efficient in all they do.
The manager Timur was very helpful and courteous.
