Service writer was nice and friendly
Service writer was nice and friendly! Had just started. Dropped off vehicle, with an appointment, at 1pm. Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle was pulled in the stall before I left. Return three and a half later, and still had to wait another hour! I have been using this location since before Mavis acquired it. Service has continued to be less efficient!,, I bring multiple vehicles to this location. Four hours is not acceptable! The place needs a manager to organize the place! I go to this location for convenience and the service was fine. At this rate, it would be quicker and cheaper to drive across town. $147, for an oil change and rotation, seems a little high, plus over four hours!

Asked for oil change and tire rotation
Asked for oil change and tire rotation. Went to pick up car low air pressure indicator still on. Returned to office asked if tires were rotated . They said yes I don't think it was. Air pressure had not been checked. This was corrected when I went back in. Windshield washer fluid not filled when I called was told they hadn't had fluid in several months. I have used this location since it was Tuffys. Overall very unsatisfied.
