Everyone was so nice answering all my questions and concerns about my vehicle.. Cory and Scott did a fantastic job and worked fast to get me back on the road.. all the employees there need a raise for how wonderful they are.. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go here

Terrible service. Every alignment needs a realignment within a week or two. Prices keep going up. Old manager was way better. Stripped my oil pan putting bold on with air gun. The list goes on. They also give free work for good reviews when ratings drop so can’t even trust those anymore. Go to reliable full auto shop and save the hassle!

I absolutely regret using this location and company for tire replacement services. I purchased tires from Mavis 2/8/25, and due to no fault of my own the tire SPLIT on the side less than two weeks later. After being up-charged for everything under the sun (originally quoted $355, ended up paying $540), they would not replace the clearly faulty tire because we didn’t pay for a warranty. This should NOT have to be through a payed for warranty, as clearly less than two weeks after having the tire replaced, and the tire having HUGE blowout should qualify for some sort of replacement for good faith. Will be taking my business anywhere else, and I suggest you do too! (Picture, the hubcap has been damaged since before we had the car, just not replaced.)

The Walden Mavis team was extremely helpful finding and fixing an allusive tire leak, and in the end saved me the price of a tire and the continued aggravation of filling up a flat. I was impressed with their work ethic and will be coming back to this store in the future for tires.

Johnathon was extremely polite, professional and helpful on my visit.

I brought my car to mavis with the spare on and the tire in the trunk that needed to be fixed. Spoke with the person (Jonathon) at the front desk and asked could you patch the tire and put it back on the car. Jonathon said yes. Jonathon also asked us; do you want us to look at anything else on the car? We said no thank you, just looking for the tire to be fixed. We asked approximately how long; he said about an hour. After an hour with no updates, I asked Jonathon what going on with the car. He brought me in the work area to show me the tire and that it could not be fixed, and I needed a new tire. While I was in there, I saw all the tires off the car, and he began to let me know everything else on the car that needed to be done. In the end, I asked Jonathon, why were all the tires off the car when we specifically asked to just repair the tire. He blamed it on the technician saying he was new. It is unacceptable for someone to have to wait 2 hours to either have a tire repaired or have a tire replaced. My constructive criticism is to listen to the customer's needs. Not everybody needs the 100-point check on their car in order for Mavis to make more money off of someone.

I have to say the service manager at the Mavis in Walden, New York his name is JP I have to tell you he is phenomenal service manager. He understands what people go through every day he understands. It’s not easy to fix certain things on your car. He has a heart of gold mind you I’m going through a lot in life and talking with JP for five minutes made me feel so much better about my life in general beyond the fact he went above and beyond to help me when he didn’t have to, so he needs recognition for how amazing of a service manager he is if I could give him 1 million stars I would I’m being serious everybody if y’all go to Mavis in Walden New York make sure you ask for JP the service manager because he will take care of you and do everything and anything that he can to help you amazing service manager ever never seen one better keep up the good work JP you deserve every bit of this. You deserve to be on top. Owning Mavis. Great person. God bless.

I have been going to Mavis for about 6 year's now they have always been great my last time there was a slight problem. But they took care of it very quickly and very fast to my utmost satisfaction I would highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone I know
