Any time I visit Mavis Tire at 44 Webster Commons Boulevard, I'm always greeted with warm smiles. The Staff and Manager meets my expectations every time. I had my breaks and today had a nail removed from my tire. The staff had my best interest at heart and I am forever grateful. Would I recommend anyone to go to this Mavis Store in Webster, I would say 100% Yes! Keep up the great work Mavis Manager and Staff. You guys Rock!

Takes advantage of elderly
My elderly father who always did his own car repairs for the past 50+ years brought his vehicle to mavis now that he has cancer and can’t physically do it himself. In January 2024, my father bought 4 new tires from mavis by March 2024 the inside tires were showing threads. By March it was all new management but no one would return his call. Three weeks later and after he bought new tires from another location, finally the regional manager Matt called back. They said they’d make it right next time they needed tires. June 2024 his other vehicle needs tires, so he tried calling. No one knows anything or will return phone calls. Stay far away from Mavis, they will take the opportunity to take advantage of the elderly.

Matt is great. The most important aspect is his honesty. He wont lie to you and say something is broken when its not. We need more honest people in his position.
Also as important is the fact that when something is paid for its done correctly.
I follow him to whichever store they have him at.
