Had tired plugged yesterday and all sensors were working. Tire pressure light indicator (sensors) never reset so I took it back today. They refused to take accountability on breaking the sensor and charged ME MORE!! I’m new to Carrollton, Ga and have been told to always use Goodyear! I know I’ll NEVER return to Mavis!

I came in for my rear tire. My experience was great!! My wait time was quick, and Pat's customer service was great.

Tire Kingdom in Tiger Point gave me a quote on 4 tires installed but didn’t include the $200 labor until check out! Who does that? A quote is a quote, right? No, not here. Then I’m told you need a front end alignment. My car wasn’t pulling but after the alignment it is now and my steering wheel is not straight so now I get to spend a few more hours back at tire kingdom tomorrow. Oh I forgot to mention my right rear tire pressure sensor is not working because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. I guess out of all the 5 stars I got the worst mechanic they had because it took him 3.5 hours to change 4 tires and that was with a machine (not by hand) and do a front end alignment. I won’t go back there again after I get this mess fixed. I’m being charged $200 more than I was originally quoted and I am not happy!

I had an Amazing Experience with Mavis Today .. I live in Marmora NJ n had to take my 83 yr old ex sister in law to her drs appt n my check oil light came on n I tried to get it looked at a shop where I usual get work done but they were busy n her appt was 1:15 pm so I was pressed for time n after the drs appt that was right next door to Mavis .. I googled n it said they could check my oil n I took it there n Dave n Mike were Phenomenal 🥰n met my needs in like 10 mins n they said it was out of oil n the filled my oil (which this is a tire place n usually don’t fill oil) but they were sooo compassionate n really cared n filled my 4.6 quarts oil n never charged me for it !!! N today’s world 🌎 it’s very very rare U can get something done for free !!!! I was sooo happy n confident I could make it back to Sea Isle city from Deptford n I could not Thank them Enough !! Mike n Dave need a raise because they went Above n Beyond for Me n I would recommend anyone that lives in this area to get good quality care for their Vehicles to stop by n ask for their Outstanding Customer Care .. Thanks Dave n Mike for Being U … U guys make Me Smile 🤗 ☮️

I had a screw in my tire, Called up there and they said if I could get there before 5 they could fix my tire. I went there and after 15 -20 minutes my tire was fixed. shout out to Greg and his team!

Mavis Tires has the best deal on tires and they offer a new fuel treatment that gives you better gas mileage. It cleans out the catalytic converter and the 02 sensors and makes your vehicle run better.

Everyone at Mavis tires was helpful and efficient. I had a surprise stuck lodge itself in my tire and less than an hour later, they fit me in, figured out a replacement and had me back on the road! Ray was a master mechanic with quick, expedient service. Thank you!
