Max is a great company that gets you the kind of freight you want to haul, going to the places you want to go when you want to go there. The rates are good, and the dispatcher, Albert listens to what you have to say about the freight and weight you want to haul. I'm very satisfied with them.

I had a great experience working with Logan, the dispatcher. He is extremely professional, organized, and always stays calm under pressure. Logan communicates clearly and makes sure everything runs smoothly, which makes a huge difference during busy or stressful situations. He’s reliable, quick to respond, and always willing to go the extra mile to help both the team and customers. It’s clear that he truly cares about doing his job well. Highly recommend!

Always getting me loads quickly and within my area the northeast corridor always respond quickly to any and all issues where there are next to none things go really smooth I get paid right away. Can't ask for much more than that.

Suspect business… They contacted me regarding dispatch services and promised the moon, but something didn’t feel right. They were asking for paperwork normal dispatchers don’t ask for and this made me question the legitimacy of this business. I had a friend call who does investigative work and long story short she told me she was treated rudely by a guy named Kevin. She said he got defensive when she asked pointed questions about operations and he threatened to look into her business like she was looking into his. So i demised What legit business would have issues with questions about operations and such. She was NOT convinced this service was legit and warned me to be very careful of sending documents with COI, authority letters and such as they could be modified. I decided to not engage in business with them as there were way to many red flags and I’m not willing to risk my business. I’m not saying they are or aren’t a legit business but there were way to many red flags for me and at the end of the day if it don’t feel right then go with your gut, which I did

Im a hotshot owner operator. Do not trust this dispatch company. I had a terrible experience, will leave at that. Mike was my dispatcher. Liars!! Do not trust!

its been couple of months, that i have been using Max dispatch services from a very long time, and i have never been disappointed throughout all this time , if you are a carrier over there looking for a consistent job & high paying load options ,i would ask you to get it a try
