The nail trimmer works well, and doesn't spook our dog as much as a standard clipper. They had great communtication and customer service.

I’ve been sending emails to get a refund on my Maxi Matt trimmer no response whatsoever no phone number to call yet. They say you can get a refund within 99 days of purchase lies lies lies !!!!!

run fast.

Took 6 weeks for it to arrive, it is cheaply made in China and arrived with plastic nail guide broken(cheap thin plastic). I don't believe the B.S story about being a mom and pop by them selves running this business! These are dropped shipped from China at very best

I ordered on the August 10th. It's the 30th and the one product I ordered still shows "in transit". I've never even heard of a product taking this long to deliver in the 2020's. It might be a good product if it ever arrives.

I liked the way the company gave a history of it's establishment . It made me feel comfortable and that the Maximutt filer was what I needed. When my order was delayed, I contacted Maximutt and immediately received an update on the shipping of my order.
I received my order the next day in good condition, and followup concern by shipper.
The trimmer works well and easy to use.

I waited for my purchase a bit longer than I would expect normally, but when I I emailed Maximutt about it they responded back right away. They were very considerate and understanding of my frustration of not receiving my purchase in a timely manner. The shipping was partly to blame. Because of their concern and kindness in handling my order I would buy again from them. My recommendation is a yes! By the the way… my purchase was the nail grinder for my pooch. I used it on my pooch. It works well, and pretty quiet. I’m slowly introducing it to my pooch. 1st session went well. Thanks again Maximutt
