The representative I communicated with provided comprehensive assistance throughout the entire process. I appreciate that I can contact Rose via phone or message, as she provided information I was previously unaware of, which was incredibly helpful. Additionally, she explained the details of the injections clearly, which increased my confidence in the procedure.

Max Life rebelled my account for…
Max Life rebilled my account for $500.00 medication I did not receive. . They make it difficult to cancel requiring a 30. . day notice requiring you to continue receiving medication even if you don’t want it. I would not recommend this company

Their customer service is excellent, and they respond so quickly. I was with Maxwell for about a year but had to stop due to some family circumstances. They are wonderful
They are wonderful. They will talk to you like you were a person and help you on your journey to lose weight. They explain everything and full detail and when they ship out your medicine and your shots, it will come in this wonderful package that you get to keep it. It’s almost like a water bottle. It is so wonderful. It keeps it cool they give you enough alcohol wipes, and shots and you will never run out. They are in contact with you before your next shipment comes out and they make sure that your shipment arrives safely. They are very respectful and courteous and they listen to your needs and your wants and help you out with anything. They’re almost like a second family. They’re so caring about you and the doctors. They will speak to you like you are a person and not just they want you to buy their product and they walk you through any questions you have or any side effects you have and they will help you the most. I love this company. They have helped me lose a lot of my weight and I feel confident I feel better. I feel healthy. Product is good. Pricing is good. Communication is good. Overall experience with MaxLife has been great. I reached my goal weight, so I am stopping, but if I need to do it again I will use MaxLife again!
