Ordered a pair of glasses over two weeks ago. Still haven’t received them. Tried to email, call. Nothing. I want my money back.

I expect it to improve when I actually get the sunglasses!!

I never got a shipping confirmation email, it’s been over two weeks and still have not received my order. Called the company twice, never heard when the order will get to me, or if it was shipped. Very concerned this company is not real and I was scammed. I will never purchase from here again. Very disappointed.

Never received product. Customer service did not respond.

The polarized lenses allow you to see things crystal clear for a third of the price of brand name sunglasses.

Still have not received it's been 7 days, was sent an email that they move locations and sunglasses still have had not been shipped after 5 days.

I ordered my over 3 weeks ago I get a customer review but my glasses have yet to be shipped and now I get an email saying because you moved my order is delayed but now you won't next day or my glasses to me after over 30 days of waiting

The package was never received paid extra for shipping to arrive before vacation and did not arrive package is still MIA

one of the arms already broke off in first 3 days. wearing second pair now in less than a week...very cheaply made. I wouldnt recommend

The fit of the glasses was good and a nice color lens.

I’m extremely disappointed in the way this last order was handled. I submitted an $80 order on 7/12. Didn’t hear anything back regarding shipping (they said I received an email on 7/12 and 7/25) after I followed up with them and checked my junk folder, I still didn’t have any update until the 26th when I was told they needed to substitute an item because it was on back order. I ordered these glasses as a birthday present for August 1st. I asked them to substitute the item and PLEASE get it shipped. I was assured it was going to go out that evening and I would receive a tracking number in 48 hours. It’s August 1st and I have no glasses and no tracking number and now I’m told that they moved warehouse locations “abruptly” and nothing is being shipped. I try to keep my business local and I’m just really disappointed and frustrated.

A bit larger than I anticipated, but overall nice glasses as always from Maxx.

These are great sunglasses. My husband and I both wear them. I would highly recommend them as they give good protection and clear, natural view.

Best glasses on the market, ordered them and had them in a couple of days
