I would definitely recommend this company!! Their customer service is on point! They always follow up making sure you received your product as well as answer any questions you may have. I have purchased from them several times and I am always very happy withy purchase quality and price point. It needed to be refrigerated and it came in a temp controlled package that was still very cold upon delivery.

The cost of medicine in United States…
The cost of medicine in United States for my wife’s shots was over $2000. Maylips had the same medication for less than $600 I ordered it was shipped out 5 days later. I received it in about three days overall about 10 days from the time I ordered and the time I received it fast service coming from Canada a lot cheaper than United States. The drug was not covered by Medicare for some unknown reason, I would recommend Maylips. Excellent excellent service thank you.

I am so sorry to tell you that I am so disaponted. All the information I have received from you is wrong. I place the order and afterthat I received several e -mails giving me wrong informtion. First that my order was on its way, then that the order was lost and you were going to send the product without any additional charge for me, then that the order was on its way again, and finally that the order was cancelled because you were out of stock and you will refund my money. It had been a couple of weeks and I have not received my refund. I don´t know what is wrong with the comunication, but this is the firs time I buy fron you guys. It´s been awful.
Hope you can send me the product since I don´t think I will receive my money back

After reviewing your order, we want to clarify that there was no tracking number generated, which means the order was not shipped or in transit at any point. The only communication regarding the order was that it was placed and then cancelled.
The reason for the cancellation is that we currently do not ship to Mexico, and therefore we were unable to process or deliver your order.
A full refund was issued on 11/19/2025. Since the refund was successfully completed on our end, we kindly ask that you check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. We do have the refund transaction number on file if you need it for your bank, please email us or give us a call, and your account manager will be happy to provide it to you.
We are very sorry this happened and for any misunderstanding. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to help.
