Superb customer service!
I've bought from MB Cork regularly and I am really pleased with the products. Delivery is always quick and the wholesale prices are really good. I have just placed an order and needed the support of customer services for the first time. An order had gone through incorrectly (probably my fault) so I emailed asking for it to be cancelled. My email was sent at about 11pm. The order was cancelled as soon as they opened the next morning and I received a really nice email from Paulo confirming this. Superb customer service which enabled me to submit the correct order straight away. Thank you so much guys!

Great belt!
I received my cork belt several weeks ago and it is everything I hoped it would be - comfortable, stylish, and very adjustable. It took me a couple of days to figure out the best way to release the buckle, but now it is very easy.
Four stars instead of five because the link they sent for tracking didn't work, and I kept getting emails asking me how I liked the belt before I received it. But I am still very happy that I bought my belt from MB Cork!

Your products are great. Cork is beautiful, but shipping takes too long. My order was placed 5/29/2026, didn't receive till 7/3/2026.

We offer different shipping options with different costs and delivery times. The postal service is the most economical option, but it usually takes longer to arrive. If you need your order more quickly in the future, we recommend choosing Express shipping, which is much faster.

Great purse and good service
The purse I bought from MB Cork is high quality and nicely designed - I really appreciated the range of colour options as well. Shipping took a little while as it was to the UK from Portugal, but that was explained on the website so I knew to expect it. I had to get in touch with the team as I'd made an error on my address at checkout - they were quick to respond and very helpful, and all was sorted. Would recommend!

I love the variety of goods on the website, wanted to buy a wallet which i did, then could not ignore the watches, so I bought one of those too ! It was admirable that MB Cork let you know that delivery will be a while, because if you are not aware it can be a bit disconcerting - is the order lost etc. But the wait is worthwhile, my watch is fabulous for the summer.

The cork pattern was exactly as pictured and what I was looking for. The quality was superior. Only downside which I was fully aware of was the shipping time to the US.
