MBR agent james o 'donnell was very helpful regarding my moving in and also at the end of tenancy. They did a fair assessment of the house and did not charge me anything other then the cleaning which was very much appreciated. I have been renting a flat in Basingstoke via MBR Property Management for the last 2 years, and my experience with them has been very positive. The team has always been professional, respectful and helpful. The flat has been in great condition; well-maintained. Also, they have been transparent and honest, and provided very clear and accurate information about the rental terms and local area. The whole process was smooth, organized, well-managed. OUTSTANDING SERVICE
This is the second time that I have used MBR Property Management and this time, I used them for both managing my refurbishment at the end of a long tenancy and then finding tenants and letting the property.
They are extremely helpful and have a very personal approach where they listened to my circumstances and adapted the process to suit me to and avoid long void periods.
Throughout the refurbishment, Mike was helpful and even look at alternatives for the refurbishment bearing in mind his extensive experience in getting properties to their full potential to achieve a maximum rent. His prompt reply times with suggestions and then managing the workers which are an in house team so not delay to start work as planned, ensured that my void period was kept to an absolute minimum. He also coordinated other trades like gas engineers when required and ensured no time wasted in moving the development forward.
The finding tenant process was smooth and thorough and he kept me informed of developments and recommended the best tenant for my flat even getting them to move within a week of viewing which was pretty impressive.

I would definitely used them again without hesitation.
They are the best agents and property management company I have worked with in my 10 years as a landlord.

We generally had a consistent and helpful service when renting a property managed by MBR. The property was all in good condition and any issues reported were logged and resolved quickly. Considering the type of landlords you can see in the private renting market, I would recommend MBR as a reliable and fair landlord / property manager.

We rented through MBR Management for four years and Mike was very helpful, polite and approachable from start to finish. Before starting the tenancy he explained all the terms of the contract, all questions we might have including the end of contract requirements and the deposit protection scheme. We had some requests which required minor repairs before entering the property and these were were addressed competently by Mike and his team. During the tenancy all the reasonable and urgent requests that emerged were dealt with swiftly and professionally, ranging from leaks to boiler change.
We felt that our concerns were listened to and issues dealt with timely. MBR Management has always provided us with clarity and information when needed.
