Thieves!! Do not order from here. I Ordered clothes a month ago never arrived never refunded me. In the process of getting legal advice as they haven’t returned any of my emails ir calls

Bought boots start of May. After 10 days hadn’t heard anything so emailed but no reply. After another week I rang them, no answer and voicemail full so couldn’t leave a message. Emailed them again no reply.. wrote to them via contact us button and eventually got a reply saying that it’s out of stock would I like something else.

Good selection and a decent price. Delivered on time.

The most awful company, where is your customer service? Ordered shorts on the 2nd of May since then 3/4 emails sent, enquiry form submitted yet still no reply. Stay clear of them absolute scammers. Not sure how this company is up and running stealing peoples money. Awful awful awful

I bought a jersey as a gift on 2 May and followed up to make sure it would be delivered in time as I needed it for the 28 May. I was told the jersey would be shipped in 2 weeks, however it’s been over 3 weeks and it still hasn’t been shipped and they are not responding to any of my emails or messages. Really disappointing and overall really bad customer service

Wrote to them twice last week about a return- now the window for returning is closed. It was my 4th pair of a particular Hoka shoes and I've never had a problem but these were unwearable. I'm not sure what the problem was but they should have answered my questions. I will never buy from them again.

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order on 30th April and further chased this morning to be told it stuck in the system and wasn't presented for pick due to a new system they implemented. Tried emailing and phoning them over the last 2 weeks and not as much as a decency of a reply or update. Weren't able to confirm to me when it would be "picked" and no assurances so I've just requested a refund. No care whatsoever given. Zero customer service and zero ownership of their down fall and mistakes.

Great product , great value with prompt shipping

Ordered a Jersey, May 5th. Still hasn’t been received! Nor sent out. I ordered in plenty of time for the match it was needed for. I’ve had to travel 40 mins to a shop to get it as not to disappoint my son! Paying twice now for it. No replies to emails/messages and phone line not accepting calls. Very bad customer service. Not facing the issue is making it worse!! I just wanted to cancel my order.

Ordered a pair of runners on 4 May for an upcoming marathon in plenty of time when the site says 1-2 days for delivery.

Two weeks later and no update on my order but an automated email to say we haven’t forgotten you.
When I phoned customer service they have an automated voice message to say they’ve decided to not have their customer service team work for the week due to the demand …
Steer clear of this company, horrific customer service.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a jersey on the 3rd may. Nothing since. They sent an email saying we haven’t forgot however any email I sent requesting an update I have received nothing back. Terrible from this company. I will not be ordering again from them

Ordered 3 Jerseys, never arrived. Very poor customer service. No reply to many emails, and no reply to Instagram message either. Avoid!

I’ve ordered two jerseys 6th of May. On their site states 2 workings days for delivery. Our order still hasn’t been fulfilled no delivery details provided. Just a silly email saying we haven’t forgotten you . But no actual eta? I ordered New Jersey for match on Sunday and still no idea if we will receive even though ordered well in advance per their delivery details. Very disappointing and poor customer service. No replies to my emails looking for delivery date?
