Feel extremely disappointed and let down by this company.
Ordered a christmas item on 12/12/24 with it being advertised on their website last day for shipping ordered 20/12/24 - so 7-8 days to sort one item.
Unfortunately the item still hasnt been shipped.
To make the company even more disappointing i did contact customer service on 18/12/24 as i was concerned and I do have an email reply stating my item was due to dispatch 18th or 19th and like i said still hasnt been shipped.
Extremely disappointed and let down. Would not use again and would not recommend. Unable to keep to their own shipping times - and i note from the other reviews there are multiple let down customers

Very disappointing service. Delivery was promised but unfortunately now won't get the Jersey I ordered as a Christmas present as not even dispatched. When I called, a voice recording said to email as too busy to take calls. If a delivery cannot be met then customers need to be told. Misleading information sent by email. Would not recommend.

I still have had no response to any of my emails querying my order i placed at the start of December, there is no excuse for this length of delivery time,, you are a local business we thought we could trust and wanted to support but guys do not use this store, buy elsewhere, money taken immediately and weeks later no products, no updates, nothing, i will never use this store again, so i advise others to do the same, i also notice you can reply to the complimentary reviews but your ignore all others, Funny that, shows you are available to speak to your customers but you are choosing not to..

The club I'm with set up a portal for xmas order....heavily pushed in order to get everything sorted early which was a great idea. We ordered on 14th October the day the portal closed. We got an email today 19th to say the items wouldn't all be shipped on time....despite receiving an email the 16th being told not to worry all would be there in time for xmas. Complete let down, I'd have learned out to make the garments myself in the 2 months since I ordered. And a 50% discount on what hasn't arrived on time is useless for kids xmas presents.

Poor customer service.. slow delivery times. When placing orders long time frames are not mentioned. No updates. No help.. safer going into a store and purchasing..Don't use the online site and if you have to shop online. Don't do it here. Save urself the heartache and the late deliveries..

Delighted with my recent order from Mckeever Sports. My delivery arrived within the same week, got tracking information, very efficient, great service and really happy with my purchase!

I bought a goal net for my son's birthday, so needed delivery by a certain time . After. 1 week there was nothing received, I live in Ireland so no excuse for it not to be delivered. Sent an email to ask about the delivery got no reply. Second email asking for money back and got a response and got the net within a few days. I wouldn't purchase anything again

Terrible customer service.

Received an email offering a discount on an item I had previously viewed. Couldn't figure out how to apply the discount, contacted customer service, a lot of back and forth as they couldn't figure out what I was saying.

Sent them the email they sent me, they came back saying this was a mix up and they wouldn't honour the discount. Pretty blunt.

They're prices are above average.

Worst company anyways. Weeks delayed delivery. Worst customer service which don't care.Dont order here folks. Our school forced us for this order but never again

I ordered a pair of trainers from Mckeevers and they were quick enough to take my money but I’m still waiting on them being dispatched days later. I also paid for faster delivery which clearly isn’t happening. Multiple emails have been sent with no reply. I’d suggest avoiding this company.

I was looking for a very specific model and colour of running shoe and this was the only retailer I could find with it in stock. At a discount too, which was a bonus!

Very quick delivery - I ordered the shoes on a Wednesday night and received them on Saturday.

There was a small scuff, so I emailed the customer service and they replied within a couple of days offering a partial refund. I'm so happy with that option as I get to keep the shoes. No other business I've bought from has ever agreed to a partial refund which is always annoying as I have to go through the effort and risk of sending something back and awaiting a full refund. So I really am over the moon. They also refunded more than I was expecting.

I will definitely be buying from them in future!

Placed an order on the 4th of June for some club gear. As of 20th of August it has not been dispatched. I received an email on 14th July to say that the order was progressing and nothing since. Meanwhile, some McKeever gear has landed in to the club for team wear and it is an absolute disgrace. Logos falling off, poor quality fabric and generally of low quality. A Disgraceful service overall. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

Terrible quality . Have 2 team Ireland t-shirts. One the Mckeevr logo was falling off after one wear and full gone after a second.
The other logo fell off after 2 wears and a wash

This company should be avoided at all costs. They have been awarded a highly lucrative contract to supply the teamwear for the Irish Olympic team but their treatment of customers is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order having a value of almost €600.00 to kit my family out for the Olympic Games. The order was due to arrive around six weeks ago. Several items are still missing. My emails have been consistently ignored and the customer service phone number is not operational.

Placed an order on a Saturday. By the following friday it still had not been dispatched. On purchase there was nothing to notify of any delays or issues with delivery. No update from the company or confirmation of dispatch. Emailed twice and was ignored. Emailed a third time to cancel the order (which funny enough was responded too). Only positive is the order was cancelled and fully refunded without issues

Waste of time! Placed an order and didn't hear anything back from them.

After chasing them via multiple channels they say they are not able to fulfill my order as they don't have stock. Maybe reflect this on your website!!!!!

Ordered a t-shirt and got sent the wrong one … emailed to explain the situation and got no response, I also messaged on Instagram .. no response. After 5 days I rang them and they said my email had went into their junk mail which is understandable these things happen (you should probably be checking this tho) the woman told me on the phone this would be sorted asap and she would ring me back later that day. It is now 3 days later and I have yet to hear from them ! An absolute joke. Will never purchase off them again

Ordered the Team Ireland Polo Shirt and Shorts on 4th June. Still waiting for it to arrive. First enquiry as to where order was that they were very busy. Second Enquiry stated We have more stock arriving each day. Third Enquiry No Reply whatsoever. Yet they have the audacity to send out promotional emails about a team Ireland products. Still waiting on order to arrive. £75 & £4.95 for postage, Very disappointed.
UPDATE: 26/6/24
Still waiting on confirmation IF or WHEN I will receive my order. Have also asked for Refund. Still being ignored and can’t get through to Customer Service to actually speak with someone. Absolute joke. I only hope that Team Ireland will get their Kits in time for the Olympics Opening Ceremony in Paris in July. Wouldn’t hold me breath though. Such a terrible shame that you cannot purchase Team Ireland Kit anywhere else. First and last time ordering from McKeever Sports. Happy to take your order and money, with nothing in return.

Customer service is very poor. I have place an order over a week ago and haven’t heard a thing in relation to it. I have emailed twice and sent messages through Facebook but to no avail.
