Not good business
So I ordered 2 gym tops and paid the 6.99 for Dpd delivery. Almost 2 weeks later still no sign of my order so I e-mailed! They then informed me 1 top was out of stock (only when I emailed first) and they would issue a full refund or i could go online and order another. So I went online and picked another top, told them the item code to be informed I owed them an extra €7. The e-mail implied to pick another top and there would be no extra charge (within reason) seen as they were at fault, in no part of the e-mail did it say there would be an extra charge to meet the balance. I said I would leave it and get the refund! Again almost 2 weeks later still no sign of the money in my account so I had to e-mail AGAIN last week. More apologies, said the refund was issued and just took that long to process! 2 weeks?? Really! Within 1 hour Of e-mailing them the refund was processed. The more I think about it all the more annoyed I get and them charging €6.99 for delivery and the item taking 2 weeks to arrive, and told 1 item is out of stock. Also I had no issue paying the delivery costs when I was getting two items delivered. Extremely unprofessional!

I would definitely recommend this website. I ordered the wrong size and when I realised I contacted the company and they were very helpful and accepted the change without argument. Very pleased with service and with item I bought. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great customer service!
Ordered a swing set from McKeevers which came with one of the parts the wrong size. Contacted customer services and spoke to Lindsey who was so lovely. She sorted out the problem and now we have a lovely swing set and 2 happy kids.

I bought a polar ignite watch. Sent it back as it's faulty. It has been returned to me in the same condition. Stick to Amazon.

On checking back through the full history of your order I can see your watch was returned to Polar as per their returns policy, the watch was returned back to us again from Polar along with a full description report from them that the watch was fixed, we now believe from yourself the watch was in fact still faulty and has been since refunded in full
