We’re disappointed to receive a 1-star review without you contacting us first to give us the opportunity to assist.
Your order was placed on 2 October at 3:40pm and was dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day. As stated in our shipping policy, deliveries to Northern Ireland are on a 2-business-day service from dispatch.
Once a parcel has been collected from us, the delivery itself is handled by DPD. We are always happy to investigate any delay with them, but unfortunately we were not contacted by phone or email before this review was posted.
Please contact us with your order details and we will be more than happy to check the tracking and assist with the delivery.

I’m always dubious about buying anything from a firm I’ve never heard of that appear on a google search. I did take a chance because the price looked actually very good for what looked like the best deal. So I bought them. 40 microfibre towels. And i sat back and waited. And not very long! The delivery was excellent being both very fast and on time and the quality is absolutely superb. They really are as good as they're advertised to be and not the usual cheap chinese ebay rubbish ive been conned with before

Totally professional company
The delivery company had damaged the package and I was drying towel short. (I didn’t know it had been damaged as the delivery company had sealed it with their own tape which was clear once pointed out to me.) This amazing company sent another straight out which I received 2 days later. But the amazing part was when I emailed them informing them I was short they replied immediately and then investigated. Within 30 mins they found out what the courier had done and sent me the evidence.
Top service from a top company with top products. Totally professional. Thanks again.
