Md2bconnect is a wonderful team! I really enjoyed my clinical rotations and got excellent US clinical experience. The clinical rotations gave me the opportunity to take patient histories, present cases and perform physical exams. I also had the opportunity to type up patient notes and my preceptors were always very encouraging, eager to teach and very helpful throughout. The team checked in multiple times during my rotations as well. Dr. Desai and the whole team were very dependable, honest and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with MD2B - they were really supportive throughout the entire process. Dr. Desai, Dan and the entire team were amazing. I enjoyed all of my observerships and they significantly helped me in my USMLE journey.

During my rotations, I had great mentors teaching me the responsibilities and duties of a physician. Also, I was able to meet Dr. Desai and discuss how to prepare for the match cycle. My experience with MD2B Connect felt so personalized and tailored that I never felt I was alone in the journey in getting residency. When I finally matched, I can say MD2B Connect made what seem impossible to me possible.

Dr. Desai and Dan went out of their way to personalize an absolutely phenomenal experience for me in the Houston nephrology rotation. I had the opportunity to work with three different physicians on a personal level and was able to get 3 solid LOR’s out of this rotation. Granted, this might not happen for everyone or is guaranteed but if the effort is put in, results are definitely guaranteed. MD2B did an excellent job setting me up for success. I can’t count the number of patients I saw, or the amount of learning I got from these 4 weeks. Each day was long but every minute was fruitful.

Last year I did 4 months of USCEs with MD2B, and I could not have been happier with my experience. From the beginning on I realized MD2B is a serious company that puts the interests of the rotator at the center. What they offer is a process that is honest, responsible, and reliable. Dr Desai and his team made sure everything during my rotations was going well and according to the standard that they have set for the company.

Additionally, during my rotations, I had the opportunity to be actively involved in all aspects of patient care: from taking histories and presenting them to the preceptor, to using different EMR's and writing discharge and admission notes. The preceptors that I worked with were invested in my learning and growing not only during my weeks with them, but beyond the time that I spent with them. Their mentorship, constant support, and strong written recommendations were essential in my journey to successfully matching this year.

If I were to repeat this process, I would definitely do it with MD2B again. Thank you, Dr Desai, Dan, and the rest of the team for your guidance and support.

Excellent partner to find a US clinical experience. Through MD2B I went on an excellent 4 week observership. They took the time to get to know me, and try and match me into an observership that would be most helpful in reaching my goals. Everyone I contacted at the company was very helpful and extremely quick with responses.
Dr. Desai, a co-founder of the company, also readily makes himself available to all clients/students and is always willing to help us out on our journey to residency in America. There's a lot of other companies that offer a similar service, but MD2B is by far the most reliable, consistent and friendly/personal. I highly recommend MD2B for IMGs!

Would definitely go through MD2B again!

I had a great experience with my one-month outpatient rotation with MD2BConnect. In my first contact with them, I shared my story and goals. I wanted to MATCH into IM (which - spoiler alert - I did) and to rotate with an attending willing to teach; they suggested a few options that resonated with my needs. I made the final choice.
- What have I done during the observership?: I was the only observer, so I received a lot of attention. I took history, performed physical examinations, presented cases, and wrote notes (all under supervision). I also discussed articles and presented on assorted topics. Moreover, once a week I went to the hospital and observed the doctor performing upper and lower endoscopies. It served as an amazing knowledge foundation for my next rotations. The physician was attentive and liked to teach and to see my growth.
- Do I recommend it? Why?: Yes. If you are interested in learning the American format of taking history, presenting cases, writing notes, thinking of differentials, etc, I think it is a very good option. *Please consider your own needs, price, and expectations (as networking isn't the focus of this experience).
- Did I get letters from this rotation?: Yes. I asked for a strong letter, and it was one of the first ones to be uploaded. I waved the right to see it, so I can't comment on its strength.

With a five-year gap during med school, I was concerned about my chances of matching. MD2B does a phenomenal job of helping residency applicants strengthen their applications by guiding them in crafting CVs and personal statements, as well as suggesting relevant US clinical experiences. I sought their assistance in finding US clinical experiences and found them to be very honest and transparent in their services. Their advisors checked in with me periodically during the rotations and ensured everything was progressing smoothly. Beyond the rotations, Dr. Desai also made significant efforts and provided me sufficient time to guide me through my journey. I highly recommend their services.

MD2B is a great company that keeps up with you not just for your rotations, but for the match season as well. I completed a psychiatry rotation in Houston, which was a great experience for me. I was contacted by MD2B staff and followed-up on throughout my match journey, months after my rotation, which allowed me to ask vital questions for my successful match. I will say that the rotations are fairly expensive, but I would definitely recommend them for the experience on the CV, as they will help greatly.

I have been trying to connect with them for the last 1.5 months and I haven't been able to get started with the introductory meeting so far. The first time I was given a wrong link and could never join, for the rescheduling I tried contacting them for weeks but no one got back. I had to reach out using an alternate email id, but they totally denied any emails from my end. Someone on their end called to reschedule a meeting finally a month later but to only reschedule for an unreasonable hour in the next few days. They have no idea who is contacting who within their own agency and I've had no information regarding a single rotation so far. I am totally disappointed and disgusted in their attitudes.
There are plenty of agencies out there and this is a terrible way to behave with someone trying to approach you.

Good location, very nice and understanding preceptor. I received hands on inpatient clinical skills and was delegated responsibilities accordingly. It benefited me to understand the Healthcare system of United States. All the doctors that I worked were excellent. They always motivated and encourage me to understand the clinical diagnosis, investigations and treatment plans. I was actively involved in seeing the patients, taking histories, performing physical and clinical examinations, writing my notes, presented it to the doctors and we discussed about differential diagnosis, treatment plan, investigations and follow up appointments. I also learned how to perform an EKG.

I underwent two clinical rotations through MD2BConnect and I'm extremely happy with the services they provided. Their team is fantastic, they have a regular weekly follow up during the rotations and the process was transparent. They conduct a small interview to assess your interests and goals, then they suggest rotations perfectly tailored to your application. The doctors I rotated with were absolutely amazing and they assigned me with well defined responsibilities and roles each day. I really needed US clinical experience to join the Match, and MD2B is a great source for that. Dr. Desai and the team always welcomed my questions, and they responded quickly. I completed one month of rotation with much improvement in my clinical skills, such as history-taking and physical exam, and medical knowledge. Case and Topic discussions with the physician were always informative. Honest and Awesome feedback given.
I highly recommend contacting MD2B if you have nobody in the US but need USCE.
