Love the product but it is always out of stock. Took about 6 wetto receive it after ordering it. Then I was charged $130 UPS for shipping into Canada. I order from other US sites for make up and I am not charged for shipping into Canada.

I’ve been using the cleanser, moisturizer, and scrub for about a year and a half now and can easily say it’s the best line I’ve ever used. When I run out of the moisturizer and use my back up brand, it’s simply not the same and I can see a negative difference in my skin. I have learned my lesson to stay on top of my resupply orders. The scrub is not harsh for my skin, I use it every day during seasonal changes and a couple times a week otherwise. The entire line smells amazing and my skin feels healthy, looks better than it has in years (I also use tretinoin at night on occasion). My boyfriend noticed an actual difference in my skin after a few months of consistent use, and I dont wear any make up as often. Highly recommend!

This is my second time ordering from MD Glam. I LOVE the Cleanser and am thrilled they were offering a special when you buy 2! With the lightning fast shipping, great customer service, and a terrific product what more could you ask for? (However, the shipping cost is a little jarring- $14.99 to get two bottles to Texas. I think I'd rather have an increase in the price and "free shipping" just because that is how my mind prefers to be tricked. LOL)

I sent an email in asking how to reset my password and get my points
I sent an email in asking how the rewards worked and if my points were applied to my account and I couldn’t reset my password and I received a response ASAP! I didn’t have to wait days and not only that I guess I didn’t setup an account which I thought I did and you went back and applied my points from my previous orders!!! I just love the product, it has cleared up all my dryness, going through midlife, our skin really changes and gets dry and I live in the Midwest and this is the first product that has really helped with this.
