I am highly disappointed with the quality of this service. The experience did not meet my expectations in terms of professionalism, communication, and delivery. Important details were overlooked, deadlines were not properly respected, and the final result lacked the standard that was promised.
I expected a much better level of commitment and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not confidently recommend this service based on the outcome.

I think they have manipulated an issue, in the first response, there is a problem in the NIC port, and later the problem is we can't login to hetzner account to manage the server because the OTP is not coming to them.

I do not recommend this web hosting provider. I purchased a Master Reseller hosting package and it was delivered incomplete.

Their technical support is terrible; they don't respond to requests. Live chat is nonexistent. Their agents' responses are all the same, and they offer no solutions to problems.

I made a mistake buying a $40 service from this provider without first researching all the bad reviews they have.

I've been with MdmHost for a few months now. After doing a lot of research I decided to try them for reseller hosting. The uptime and speed have been decent so far, although there were a few small issues. Customer service is helpful and usually responds quickly.

Great service overall. They handled the migration of my data from two previous hosting providers and completed everything in under 24 hours. The process was smooth, with no data loss or downtime, and the support team was responsive and professional throughout. Reliable hosting with excellent migration support.

We were genuinely impressed by the level of service provided by MdmHost during our recent migration. They handled a full migration from DirectAdmin to cPanel, including all websites, databases, and email accounts, and the entire process was completed smoothly and without any disruption to our services.

Email migrations in particular can be problematic, but all mailboxes, messages, and settings were transferred correctly, and everything worked as expected immediately after the move. We needed urgent support to migrate our sites from a previous provider, and these guys handled it quickly and professionally. The migration was completed smoothly, and everything was up and running without issues.

I was a reseller with MdmHost. Their servers are overloaded and slow, and the IPs they provide are already in blacklists, causing serious issues.

Even worse, they distribute pirated software (Elementor Pro, WHMCS License and other) while claiming it is “premium.” This is misleading and illegal.

⚠️ Avoid MdmHost — they are not trustworthy, their infrastructure is compromised, and they mislead customers with pirated products.

I did a lot of research then I found out about you and judging by specs you are the best hosting company with more resources and very affordable price, your servers are so faster than a lots of servers out there.

The support is bad—they don’t resolve issues quickly. They take several days to respond, and the service often has intermittent outages. The price is good and the features they offer are also good, but the awful support and inconsistent uptime make me want to switch to another service provider.

As reported earlier, I paid 1845$ USD in advance for a dedicated server. Since Nov 8 2025 (Invoice #97639) & until Today The Dedicated Server was NOT provided. They even closed my access to the account & refuse to answer my emails & my tries to chat via their website. (Ticketing is still blocked).

Customer support was extremely disappointing. When I reported urgent issues, responses were slow and often stopped without resolving the problem. Every time I asked something beyond a standard reply, they just told me to open a ticket — and even then there was little help. my website off from last 7 hours and no relay on chat, ticket, whatsapp, call too bad

I have been experiencing serious issues for over two months with MDMHost services, especially with WHM and cPanel.
- WHM is not updated and cPanel does not work properly.
- Support tickets remain unanswered or only receive vague replies like “we will analyze” without any solution.
- The live chat is useless: after selecting the department, nobody responds.
- Last month I paid an invoice to avoid complications, but now they issued a new full invoice again, even though no support is provided.

I am paying for a service that does not work and I receive no technical support.

⚠️ Warning to other customers: MDMHost shows lack of support, constant technical problems, and unfair billing practices.
I do not recommend this company.

Bad customer support ever I've got
I've been with mdmhost for 80 days. On the first 40 days, the support works fine. After that the slow replies to the tickets are getting worse and worse. Today, Nov 5, all my sites are down, and I recreated urgent message, no one takes cares. Almost 30 days, all tickets are ignored too long.
I'm thinking of new hosting company.

Support after sales is pathetic and they are far away from understanding the matters which needs urgency and if you report the issue it might the case you will stop getting replies on the same chat and they will never answer the questions you asked and stuck on one sentence about opening a ticket.

Tener en cuenta que el 99,9% del servicio de una empresa de hosting es el soporte.
Lamentablemente por un sitio web que no efectuaron correctamente la migracion y cometieron muchas omisiones de servicios y no dan soporte todo su prestigio y servicio esta quedando en el suelo.
Soy un cliente que pago por adelantado todo un año y soporte es lo minimo que uno espero.

Despues de 8 dias donde cometieron errores basicos de soporte en una migracion ahora no responden ticket, chat, facebook, messenger, wsapp....nada.

No se como interpretarlo ya que me amarran a un servicio por un año pasado los 30 dias de garantía de devolución y ahora cero comunicación nadie responde nada.

Durante varios años fui cliente de una empresa de altísima calidad, tanto en servicio como en soporte técnico. Sin embargo, sus precios aumentaron al punto de que ya no me resultaba posible mantenerlos con tranquilidad.

Hace un mes llegué a MDMHost, luego de investigar a fondo sus servicios, precios y opiniones de otros usuarios. Todo ello me dio la confianza suficiente para contratar un plan anual.

La migración desde mi anterior proveedor presentó algunos inconvenientes, pero —y esto es lo que realmente valoro— MDMHost supo resolverlos con rapidez y eficiencia, a pesar de la diferencia horaria por su ubicación geográfica. El equipo fue muy amable y siempre respondió con prontitud, tanto por chat como por ticket de soporte.

Su oferta de servicios y precios me parece muy completa y flexible, sin tantas restricciones, algo que los usuarios sabemos valorar. El rendimiento de los servidores ha sido excelente.

Hasta ahora estoy muy satisfecho con la experiencia y espero seguir siendo cliente por muchos años más, siempre que mantengan la calidad y continúen mejorando como lo han hecho hasta ahora.
Los recomiendo absolutamente.
