I hope you are doing well.
I am contacting you regarding my order associated with the tracking number JSEXH2181261853YQ.
According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered to my mailbox on July 29, 2026, at 12:19 PM in Beaverton, OR 97007. However, I have not received the package.
I checked my mailbox multiple times on July 29, July 30, and July 31, and I also looked around my front door, porch, and surrounding areas. Unfortunately, I could not find the package anywhere.
Could you please investigate this issue and let me know:
Whether the package may have been delivered to the wrong address or mailbox.
If you can assist with locating the package.
What the next steps are if the package cannot be found (replacement or refund).
I have attached a screenshot of the tracking information for your reference.

I wish I could give them zero stars.

I placed an order for 3 eye shadow pencils and was charged for them. Then I noticed they were also charging me a recurring payment of $15.95 per month. This charge wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the ad so I disputed and received a refund for that charge.

The eye shadow order was supposedly delivered July 9th but never received. I contacted them and they told me to file a claim with the carrier. I’m sure I’ll never see that money again.

I ordered 2 eye shadow sticks which were delivered to the wrong address. I contested this through PayPal and provided photographic evidence that my front door was completely different to the picture on the proof of delivery. I lost my case and they took the money anyway. Absolute scammers, don't buy from them.

I want a refund. Eye shadow does not go on.

This was a gift for my daughter’s birthday. The box is damaged so that it doesn’t look new. Very disappointing.

All straightforward ordering, and arrived yesterday.

Leveringstiden var lang, men informationen var god i form af mails, hvor man bliver informeret og forsikret om, at varen er undervejs. Og varen kom godt nok, selv om man var ved at tvivle på det. Tre stjerner pga leveringstiden - kunne måske have været fire pga god info.

Have not used the product yet but they look good. Have bought them as gifts but one is for me. Will use it next week.
Delivery was good as only half my address was on parcel (?) but full marks to the driver as he had delivered to me before so it did arrive safely.

Thank you for the shipment! The eyeshadow sticks look so much better, not so cheap like the first $2 order... :)
But, the colors still don't show 3 different colors when you apply on the eye. Again, nothing like on the advertisement.

Easy to order and pay for on line. Delivery took longer than anticipated. Well packed and protected. Easy to use and finished result is great.
