I had the pleasure of winning an hour of Paul’s time, during this call Paul polished my CV with a fine tooth comb fixing it up for employers for my internship. I recently had a two-hour session with Paul. While I'm still waiting for the interview, I feel compelled to commend him greatly regardless of the result. I previously had an interview with the local authority and was unsuccessful. Despite preparing for that interview on my own, I wasn’t aware that I could further improve my preparation for the new interview style and competency-based questions. In just these two hours with Paul, I can now pinpoint where I went wrong. It's challenging to prepare for all questions, and even more so to recall answers during the interview itself.
