Disgusting treatment of woman I care for I care for Debbie she has learning disabilities and is housebound she won £140 on mecca then after 2 year’s playing they blocked her saying they need id she provided I’d and they then ignored her she phoned and messaged every day they said I’d didn’t match after saying I’d passed then someone phoned and spoke to her asked if she had fun she told them she has lots of fun and names the games she had fun on they have banned her for 6 months saying she said she doesn’t have fun and said she didn’t win anything as they looked at a different date disgusting treatment of someone vulnerable who told them she relies on playing mecca to speak to people I guess people with learning difficulties are easy to Rob and con avoid this company like the plague I’ll be taking this matter further

No wonder so many negative reviews. I have now closed my account since this site thinks its okay to not pay a bonus in over £150 wagered. Yes i have screenshotted ll transactions before account closure. FIXED majority of the spins was 20p.on a £1 stake. I got 1 bonus at the start £1 stake. 15 free spins won a grand total of £2.88 thats the grand totak.this site thinks its okay to pay.

I would give zero stars if possible. I only deposit £10 a month on Mecca games simply because I never win anything on there and each month I think maybe, just maybe I might win something small, even just £3-£4 but nope. I use all the other well known slot sites daily and I can honestly say Mecca are the worst. I’m closing my account. Take my advice and DO NOT sign up to Mecca games. Once you hit the win and you withdraw then u done, there will be no wins, nothing,not even a small bonus, no matter what game you play, so no bother playing after your first withdrawal. Go somewhere else

And I wish I’d read these reviews first . Joined two days ago and went a bit crazy on slingo put in over £400 waiting for my luck to change and start winning some back . Eventually I got a lousy £90 and before I could withdraw it they locked my account !! I don’t have a passport / driving license ( I know but don’t drive or fly ) so I was asked to send all the usual documents which I did. I know I was silly but I really need those winnings and they just keep adding more stuff they need . This isn’t the secret service it’s a flipping game site !! I’ve just sent a photo of my ugly face holding my birth certificate and my bank card again and freaked out at the lovely polite girl on the phone out of poor frustration . Next stop a solicitor . Never again !! I’m fuming .

Do not use. Every promotion you opt in to you have to chase for bonus. When you get to finally talk to someone they ask for screenshots of the promotion, times and ID numbers and make it difficult to get the bonus. This has happened 3 times. I thought it was just an error on the first two but clearly you are never automatically awarded the bonus even though this is stated in the terms. I did eventually receive an email telling me that my fee spins had been added, however they only added half of the agreed amount and I was unable to play as I kept getting error messages.

This company is unprofessional and the gaming software is dodgy, I deposited over £100 and every game I played keeped crashing every 5/10 minutes kicking me back to home screen. There for! my chances of winning became less than usual. I made them aware of this in live chat only to be told there's nothing they can do and to close my account if I wish because they now have my money and I had no chance of winning. The worse customer service and the worse gaming experience ever! Thank you Mecca.

I can’t withdraw my winnings…. I have to provide ID: passport, proof of address, etc etc…. They didn’t need it to take my money but now need it to give me my winnings???

Opted in to a promotion. They couldn't find it and when I provided proof of the promotion was told that I opted in after I had started playing which isn't the case.

When you wager over 400 on fluffy favourites and dont get a single bonus and only 2x 5 of the same you no its a big scam coreupt fixed fraud site! I will be contacting the gambling commision about this. Over 400 with no bonus.. AVOID SCAMMERS!!!

The site works fine and there was no problem with my account. However, I won't use Mecca again because any free spins and bonuses have ridiculous wagering requirements which other online casinos don't have. I will use those companies instead.

Please do not give this site your money, completely rigged. I deposited £10 to get £40 welcome bonus and 50 free spins. I knew before I’d spent even 5 pounds that the site is rigged. Out of 50 pounds I got a feature once and it paid one pound odd out. The slots are completely dead! I wouldn’t have minded if I got some sort of enjoyment out of it…..but I didn’t. Mecca games are honestly a joke. None of their offers work. I tried the welcome offer then deposited for the 25 spins offer then again for the daily, none of the offers worked.

LC gave me free spins so i thought great. I won £20 on gonzo but then couldn't see the funds. Some sites ask you to plsy your real cash to release winnings. I idiotically deposited another £10 and used on a game called immortsl romance. It crashed constantly and i couldn't see my balance. What a shoddy site!

I had a call from the safer gambling team his name was paul, had a nice chat thought there was no problem he said i will put a note on your account saying all's ok, i went on mecca yesterday and it said i had reached my deposit limit, i have no deposit limits. I called rewards mike said paul had put them on because i said if i lost 200 pounds it would put me into hardship, absolute LIES and i said to mike there would be a recording of the conversation too to prove this, mike wasn't interested, i said well i withdrew 110 pounds yesterday so that doesnt make sense ? mike didnt reply. I was told by paul i was also up by 2k so we get the truth mecca DONT like winners, beware if you are smart and withdraw your winnings and dont give it back mecca will target you and force you to close your account. One star isn’t worthy of the Wakefield club, disgusting place, staff are nasty and the good ones then are then brushed the same as them but there is some staff, which are really good in the club. The rest of them, listen to customers conversations and report them to the manager, who in fact is unprofessional and a bully, needs sacking for his attitude towards the less able (ABLEISM) some staff are also clearly against others. Manager needs to learn he isn’t legally trained to use words of legality wording that mean nothing and laughable . The staff state he is a bully and hate those who are not like him. He states his staff don’t LIE so this must be a true account of him.
