Had my surgery 6 months ago, results are already better than expected had multiple compliments about the speed of growth, the after care package that comes with the premium package has had everything needed for the past 6 months & I still have products left. The clinic was super clean a 1 minute walk away from the hotel which makes the process easy. I was helped through my journey by a lovely lady called rose, she was amazing super attentive, caring, passionate, hard working, loves the company & and helps any patience prior, during & post opp I have been in contact with many questions over the past 6 months which she is always quick to respond too and always knows the answer to any issue. Apart from the results, she was the highlight of the process made it a lot easier to enjoy the surgery if that’s even possible. Now I am feeling more confident by the day as I wait another 3wks for my first hair cut since the opp, my barber is excited to actually have a hair line to shape this time.

Staff was great, they answered all of my questions to really put my worries/nervousness at ease. Overall, wonderful experience and they made it all so easy with picking you up, booking the accommodations, taking you back to the airport and checking in with you in the months to follow.
I really encourage anyone who isn’t sure to just do it already! I wish I hadn’t waited as long as I did. It’s nice to not and have to be self conscious about my hair anymore.

I recently had a hair transplant at Medart Hair, and the experience was excellent. The consultation was smooth, and the doctor set clear expectations. The procedure was very comfortable and caring, with minimal pain thanks to local anesthesia. Much impressed with hospital Doctors & Staffs in taking care from end to end with professional and humble hospitality.

Recovery was good and following aftercare instructions I’m thrilled to see the results.

I visited Medart for a hair transplant on 12th Feb and I’m very happy with the service provided throughout my stay and the procedure carried out. After doing my research I identified the top 3 rated clinics in Turkey and having explored each, Medart impressed the most with a very responsive contact appointed to me answering any questions I had and provided confidence in the experience and ability of the surgeon and surgical team.

The package they offered included hotel stay, transport to and from both airport and clinic visits making my stay straight forward. Upon arrival at the Clinic I was impressed by the modern infrastructure and professional service on offer. I was taken care of by dedicated staff and had a robust consultation with the surgeon ahead of the procedure. Barring the admission of anesthetic (which took just 5-10 mins) I felt no pain during the procedure.

I had 3500 grafts implanted into the front of my scalp and 2 weeks post procedure at the time of writing I’m happy with the results thus far. Large numbers of grafts implanted in this area gives me comfort that in time I will have improved density across my hairline.

Whilst I can only truly judge the result over the next 6-12 months I have every confidence given the service, procedure and post op care I’ve received to date that it will work out.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Medart Hair! It's only been five and a half months since my transplant, and the results are already fantastic. They are magicians! I’m so happy with how it’s turned out and what I love the most is that it looks so natural. I can't wait to see the full results in the coming months. Also their communication has been excellent both before and after the procedure, which has been really reassuring. The entire process has been smooth and professional, and I highly recommended Medart.

I just came back after visiting the Medart Clinic for my hair transplant. It’s been a great experience, all the staff is really professional and knowledgeable but also very kind and supportive. I highly recommend Medart Clinic to everyone that needs to do hair transplant. In my opinion it’s the best clinic in Turkey.

After 1 month from the surgery I can say that it was a beautiful experience, every person I dealt with, from the Italian consultant Enrico to the medical team who operated were all professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. You are followed from the first moment with attention and kindness, truly a great thing for a person like me who often has several doubts. Thanks to these people, both in Italy and in Turkey, you have the feeling of not being alone during this journey

Ho conosciuto la clinica Medart di Istambul tramite l'amico Ettore Casolin che ringrazio tantissimo. Ho trovato da subito uno Staff sia medico che di accoglienza di elevata professionalità che mi hanno seguito passo passo nella mia esperienza di trapianto di capelli rispondendo alle mie domande e ai miei dubbi. Oltre a competenza e gentilezza ho trovato un ambiente pulitissimo e di impeccabile igiene da un punto di vista sanitario, il tutto inserito in una struttura completamente nuova all'interno di un contesto elegante e signorile. Un ringraziamento vivissimo inoltre va al Referente italiano della Clinica Luigi che mi ha seguito passo passo in questo percorso sin dall'inizio, sempre puntuale e preciso in tutte le risposte alle mie domande, punto di riferimento nella gestione organizzativa, traducendosi il tutto in una organizzazione, oserei dire perfetta ove sembrava che non ci fosse alcuna distanza! I was very well received, friendly staff, good clinic, very helpful doctors. The Italian representative Luigi was very kind, he is always present even if not physically, he is close to you and helps you a lot with any doubts. The only thing is that I was freezing.

Ho eseguito alla Medart il mio trapianto di capelli.
Arrivato a Istanbul un autista mi ha accompagnato in hotel ed in seguito mi sono sempre spostato tra clinica, hotel e aeroporto con quest’ultimo.
Ammetto che l'esperienza ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative.
Tutto lo staff medico è super preparato e il cliente viene messo al centro dell'attenzione (qui si operano massimo 3-4 persone al giorno).
Dopo una visita del cuoio capelluto e dello stato di salute dei capelli, ci si accorda con i medici sul disegno dell'hairline e ti viene spiegato come si procederà.
L'operazione nel mio caso è stata un po’ lunga (4500uf) ma assolutamente poco dolorosa.
Sono riusciti a ricostruirmi un'attaccatura molto naturale e un rinfoltimento della corona e della parte centrale della testa in modo molto denso.
Il giorno dopo si effettua il lavaggio delle zone operate e al cliente vengono fornite medicine per il post operazione e tutte le indicazioni su come curarsi e lavarsi da soli una volta rientrati a casa.
Per ogni dubbio che si può avere una volta a casa, la clinica offre un consulto molto efficiente via messaggi e quindi il cliente non è mai lasciato da solo.
Sono rimasto colpito dal livello di abilità dei chirurghi che mi hanno operato e in generale, dalla gentilezza e dall’attenzione rivolta al cliente da parte di tutto lo staff.
Consiglio vivamente di prendere in considerazione questa clinica sé si sta pensando ad un trapianto di capelli.

Medart Hair welcomed and accommodated my stay really well aside from doing a great Hair transplant. The procedure was done in a single day with good care being provided after that. They are very friendly and professional and were able to transplant a lot more grafts than I thought to fit my style. Definitely recommend them!

Ho fatto il trapianto da Medart e posso solo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo! Mi hanno trattato bene in tutto e per tutto, accompagnandomi nei vari spostamenti (aeroporto-hotel-clinica) e facendomi sentire a mio agio il giorno dell'operazione per tutta la durata del tempo (dalla mattina alle 8 fino a tardo pomeriggio). Vorrei inoltre spendere un paio di parole sul consulente italiano, Enrico, un ragazzo gentilissimo, sempre presente, disponibile e affidabile!

L'esperienza positiva è stata data dai consulenti che mi sono sempre stati vicini fisicamente, psicologicamente e tecnicamente, essendo loro stessi dei trapiantati di capelli. La clinica, sebbene venga considerata low cost, la consiglierei per tutti quelli che decidono di eseguire un trapianto. Coniugano competenza con attenzione al cliente.
